Publication of the amendment of the notification for the recognition of DS/OHSAS 18001, etc. as evidence of a good working environment ;

§ 1

Notice no. 87 of 31. 1 January 2005 on the recognition of DS/OHSAS 18001, etc. as evidence of a good working environment, as amended by the notice No 257 of 20. March 2007, the following changes are made :

1. Section 1 (1). 1, no. 2 (a) revoked.

Litra b-c is then become part of (a-b).

2. I Section 1 (1). 1, no. 2 (b) the words ' screening visits ` shall be replaced by ' screening visits ` to : ` risk-based supervision, cf. § 72 a, paragraph. 1, in the law of work environment ` ;

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January 2012.
