Publication on the determination of contributions for 2012 from private employers to finance ATP-contributed to the recipients of various labour market services

Under section 85 c, paragraph 1. Sixteen and 22, in the law on unemployment insurance and so on, cf. Law Order no. 838 of 4. July, 2011, section 13, paragraph 3. Amendment No 15 and 21. 639 of 14. June 2010 on the allowance and subsidy for carriage by participating in business adult and training, as well as section 4 of notice No 2. 1343 of 11. In December 2009 on the calculation of financing contributions, shall be determined after the authorisation, after consultation with the Minister for Education and the setting out of the occupational pension scheme :

§ 1. The contribution of the private employers for 2012 is set at DKK 156. per full-time employee pay-grade.

§ 2. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January 2012.

Paragraph 2. The contribution of the contribution shall be made for the first time on the basis of ATP contributions received in the period 2. March 2012-1. June 2012.
