Publication of notification of payment and reporting of ATP-contributions to recipients of flexation

§ 1

Notice no. 1392 of 11. In December 2009 on the payment and reporting of ATP-contributions to beneficiaries of the Merge allowance, the following changes are made :

1. The headline paragraph 1 shall be replaced by the following :

"ATP-contribution"

2. Section 3, paragraph 3. 1, ITREAS :

" Contribucted by Section 1, paragraph 1. 2 shall be paid by the person who is paid for it. The contribution of one month shall be nectooted to the nearest whole amount of the crown. `

3. The headline before section 4 is deleted.

4. § 4 revoked.

5. I Section 5 (5). 1, "The total ATP contribution" to : "ATP-contribution" is changed.

6. I Section 5 (5). 2, the ' contribution ' shall be replaced by ' the overall contribution '.

7. I § 6 "the total ATP contribution" is replaced by : "the ATP contribution".

§ 2

Paragraph 1. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January 2012, and will have effect on ATP-contribution of flexation allowance, which shall be paid for periods following the entry into force of the notice.

Paragraph 2. During the period from 1. 1 January 2012 to and with the 30. In June 2012, a person who, at the entry into force of the notice, can pay ATP-contribution of flexation, from the payment of ATP-contributions by 1 month's notice. The item is dedutiable from 1. the month after the municipality received the waiver message.
