§ 1
Notice no. 451 of 28. April 2010 on the payment of ATP-contributions for members of a-boxes, etc., as amended by publication No 1. 1643 of 22. In December 2010, the following changes are made :
1. Inline ITREAS :
" ... pursuant to section 85 c, paragraph. 10, and section 85 d (s). 5, in the Act of Unemployment Insurance, etc., cf. Law Order no. 838 of 4. July, 2011, as amended by law no. 1540 of 21. December, 2010, section 13, paragraph 1. 6-8, in the law. 639 of 14. June 2010 on the allowance and subsidy for carriage by participating in business-oriented adult and training and Section 2 c of the Labor Market ' s Supplementary Pension Act, cf. Law Order no. 942 of 2. In October 2009, after authorisation and after consultation with the Minister for Education and for the Management Board ' s recommendation on the Management Board ' s pensions : ' ;
2. The headline before section 6 is deleted.
3. The headline before section 7 is deleted.
4. The headline before paragraph 8 is deleted.
5. § 8 (3) 1, ITREAS :
" The contribution of section 6 is paid by the recipient of the paycheck. The contribution of a week or a month shall be deferred to the nearest whole crown. `

7. § 9 revoked.
8. I ~ 10 (1)) 2, is replaced by ' section 7 9 ` to : "§ § 7 and 8".
§ 2
Paragraph 1. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January 2012, and has an effect on ATP-contribution of post-income payments due to periods following the entry into force of the notice.
Paragraph 2. During the period from 1. 1 January 2012 to and with the 30. In June 2012, a member who, at the entry into force of the notice, pays ATP-contributions on pay, will waived the payment of ATP-contributions by 4 weeks ' notice. This will be taken into account by the first Monday after the a box has received the waiver notification.
