Annunciation of the amendment to the promotion of the development of public housing for particularly vulnerable groups (high-housing)

(Changed application period and fixing the subsidy (per) per housing)

§ 1

Notice no. 138 of 17. In February 2009, on subsidies to promote the development of public housing for particularly vulnerable groups (man-made housing), the following changes are made :

1. All in the announcement, the Ministry of Welfare is replaced by the Ministry of Social Affairs.

2. Section 5 (5). ONE, THREE. pkt., is hereby repealed and the following shall be inserted :

"The application can be submitted on an ongoing basis."

3. Section 5 (5). 3, revoked.

Paragraph 4 becomes paragraph 4. 3.

4. I § 15 inserted after paragraph 1. 2 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 3. The subsidy shall be granted as a one-time fee per unit. Housing and highest 400,000 kroner. "

paragraphs 3 and 4 are then referred to in paragraph 1. 4 and 5.

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 12th. January, 2011, and effect from 1. January, 2011.
