Publication of sectoral research institutions

In accordance with paragraph 1 (1), Two, in Law No 326 of 5. In May 2004 on sectoral research institutions, shall be established under the authority and in agreement with the Ministry of Employment, Domestic and Health and Social Affairs :

§ 1. Sector research institutes law shall apply to the following institutions :

1) The National Research Centre for the Working Environment.

2) Kennedy Center-National Research and Consultation Center for Genetics, Synshandicap and mental retardation.

3) The SFI-the National Research Centre for the Welfare.

4) The Serum Institute.

§ 2. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. February, 2011.

Paragraph 2. Publication no. 2 of 3. 1 January 2005 on sectoral research institutions and notices. 1477 of 14. In December 2005, the Danish Environmental Surveys Statute is hereby repealed.
