Publication of the amendment of the notification for payment for certain training activities in the field of active employment action, etc.

§ 1

Notice no. 687 of 2. July 2009, on the payment of certain training activities in the field of active employment action, and so on, and so on, the following changes are made :

1. I Section 19 (1). 2 , pasted as Number 6 :

" 6) Nursing receivers covered by § 2, nr. ' 5, in the Act of Active Employment, which receives daily allowances under the law of sickness benefits. `

2. I Annex 1, Standard Form A, point. 7 , pasted as point 7f :

" 7f) Nursing Receivers covered by § 2, nr. 5, in the Act of Active Employment, which receives daily allowances under sickness in the day of sickness benefits "

3. I Annex 1, guidelines for the completion of standard form A , pasted as point F :

(F) Nursing Receivers covered by § 2, nr. 5, in the Act of Active Employment, which receives daily allowances under sickness in the day of sickness benefits "

4. I Annex 2, Standard Form B, point. 7, pasted as point 7f :

" 7f) Nursing Receivers covered by § 2, nr. 5, in the Act of Active Employment, which receives daily allowances under sickness in the day of sickness benefits "

5. I Annex 2, the instructions for the completion of the standard form B ; , pasted as point F :

(F) Nursing Receivers covered by § 2, nr. 5, in the Act of Active Employment, which receives daily allowances under sickness in the day of sickness benefits "

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 28th. February, 2011.
