Publication of grants to institutions for business-oriented education and other schools and institutions for interning and trainee training and the guidance of students ;

In accordance with paragraph 12 c (2), 2, in the case of the Employers ' Student Reimbursement, cf. Law Order no. 775 of 24. June 2010 shall be determined :

§ 1. Employers ' Liability of employers are paid out on behalf of the State to institutions for vocational training and other schools and institutions for interns and trainers and educating students on employment opportunities and employment opportunities.

Paragraph 2. For the institution ' s students entering and undergoing training in the field of law on vocational training or on the basis of the school's request, internship teams abroad, cf.. Section 5 (5). 5 in the field of vocational training, shall lay down the amount of the annual financial laws.

§ 3. It is with regard to foreign students a condition for obtaining grants that the student meets the conditions set out in section 19 (1). 2 and 3, in the law on vocational training and section 15 (3). 5 and 6, in the law on vocational training institutions.

§ 4. The institution shall submit an application for grants to the Employers ' s Lifts refund.

Paragraph 2. The application shall be used for the application of a form drawn up by the Employers ' s Lists.

Paragraph 3. A scheme may be established between the institution and the Employers ' Student Limits a scheme whereby the information on the application form is transmitted electronically to the employer's instalment of the employer.

§ 5. The subsidy shall be paid as a one-time fee. Employers ' lift reimbursement shall make payments once a month.

§ 6. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. March, 2011. However, the provision in section 3 shall not apply to students who have concluded the training agreement prior to 1. January, 2011.
