Publication of the amendment of the notice of the calculation and payment of tax and grants under the law of apothecary activities

§ 1

Notice no. 1582 of 17. In December 2010, the following changes are made :

1. I section 16 (4). 2 "475,000" is replaced by : "575,000"

2. I Section 20 (2). 2, no. 1 of "5000" to : "60,000"

3. I Section 20 (2). 2, no. 2 of "3000" to : "36000"

4. I Section 20 (2). 2, no. 3 in "2000" to : "24,000"

5. I § 27, paragraph. 3 is changed " cf. § 25, paragraph. 4 "to :" cf. Section 26 (1). 4 "

6. I § 28, paragraph 1. 1 the month ' month ` shall be replaced by ' the following month ` ;

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. March, 2011.

Paragraph 2. The notice shall take effect on the calculation and payment of fees and grants from and January 2011.
