In accordance with section 11 (4), 2, section 13 (3). 4, section 15 (3). 5 and 6, section 16, section 19, nr. Paragraph 1 (a), section 22 and section 30 (3). 2, in the field of primary education and training for adult education (training system) for adults, cf. Law Order no. 1049 of 9. Chapter 1

Objec-purpose and knowledge base

§ 1. Diploman education must meet the objectives of the law on vocational training and higher education (training) for adults and the conditions under which the training is accredited and approved.

Paragraph 2. The individual diploma is set out in Annex 1.

§ 2. Diplomacy must ensure the training of skills, skills and skills at the level of a diploma, as described in the Qualification Framework for higher education, cf. notification of accreditation and approval of vocational training and professional training, etc.,

§ 3. The knowledge base of education is the business and professional basis, as well as development.

Chapter 2

Organisation of the Organisation

§ 4. Diploman education is a career-forwarding education offered as an open education, cf. law on open training (adult adult education), etc.

Paragraph 3. The institution shall organise training as part-time learning within a time frame of up to three years. Education can be organised as a full-time education.

Paragraph 4. The training shall be established as a professional, defined modules.

Paragraph 5. The training shall be established in such a way as to take account of students ' opportunities to combine training with the labour market. The teaching must be a practice-related, and the study of students must be included in the teaching.

Paragraph 6. The training shall be concluded no later than six years after the student has started training. The institution may, in exceptional cases, dispose of it.

Paragraph 7. The content and organisation of individual diploma are defined in a study scheme, cf. § 16.

Chapter 3

Accessing

§ 5. Access to a diploma is conditional upon the applicant having completed an appropriate level of access training at least at the level of vocational training or higher adult education (VVU) carried out as a regulated procedure, cf. however, section 12 (2). 2.

Paragraph 2. Applicants must have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience after successful training.

Paragraph 3. The institution shall record applicants for the individual skills assessment in section 15 a in the basic education and training of higher education (training) for adults with real powers recognised as equivalent to the access conditions.

Paragraph 4. The institution may record applicants who do not meet the conditions laid down in paragraph 1. 1, but from a practical assessment, it is estimated to have educational prerequisites that may be equated, including applicants who have carried out an appropriate higher level of adult education as a flexible course of action.

Paragraph 5. An applicant who satisfies the access conditions can follow a module on a diploma, cf. however, section 12 (2). 2.

Paragraph 6. The institutions may lay down rules on the requirements of the applicant ' s special technical conditions and the institutions shall publish the rules on their websites.

Chapter 4

Outline and content

§ 6. A diploma is made up of 60 ECTS points and include :

1) Compulsory modules, corresponding to at least 15 ECTS points within the competence of the training area, cf. Chapter 6. The mandatory modules are constituent for the training.

2) Optional modules, corresponding to at least five ECTS points, cf. however, paragraph 1 4, which is supportive in relation to the training objectives of education for learning. However, Optional modules in other areas other than training ' s professional territory may not exceed 15 ECTS points for each student.

3) A departure project, corresponding to 15 ECTS-points which end the training. The departure project has to demonstrate that the training objectives of education for learning should be achieved. The subject of departure project must be within the competence of the training field and is formulated in such a way as to be involved in the field of training, including an optional field, without training, in the field of training. The institution approves the subject.

Paragraph 2. Each module can have a scope of 5 or 10 ECTS points, cf. however, section 10 (1). 2. The modules contain the scientific theory in relation to the practices and practices of the profession and the theory and method used.

Paragraph 3. Diploman education can be organised with more educational directions. The field of media and communication

§ 11. Paragraph 3. The one which has carried out modules corresponding to 10 ECTS-points which are organised for the training of students at the training of professional qualifications as a teacher or as a teacher in grade school may use the designation as an internship.

Paragraph 4. The one which has carried out modules corresponding to 30 ECTS-points organized for the purposes of reading guidance in the basic school or in the field of vocational training may use the designation ' s title to read the title.

§ 13. § 14. Chapter 7

Experm and assessment

§ 15. For tests and examination, the rules shall apply to the examinations and examination of examinations in professional training, cf. however, paragraph 1 2, and notice of character scale and other assessment (report call for nature).

Chapter 8

Study system

§ 16. The institutions providing the individual diploma are jointly preparing a study programme for training.

Paragraph 2. The Study Scheme shall apply to all approved invitations to tender and shall include the rules laid down by the institutions within the framework of this notice :

b) Target for learning exchange, cf. section 2, specified in the qualification framework.

c) Indication of mandatory and optional modules.

5) Access prerequisites, including any requirements for the student's special technical conditions, cf. Section 5 (5). One and five.

6) In the course of study, where a description of the arrangements has been made for the purpose of obtaining a name as a mentor, it must be shown which modules, overall, are justified in the name of paragraph 12 (2). 3-5, section 13, paragraph 13. 2 or section 14 (4). 2.

7) The teaching and working forms.

8) Merit, cf. 20.

9) Any transitional rules, cf. Section 26 (1). 3.

Paragraph 3. The study must show that the institution can dispense with the rules of the study of the study which alone is set by the institutions when it is justified in specific circumstances.

§ 17. In the preparation of the common system of study and essential amendments thereto, the institutions shall contact the tachorus and key stakeholders and obtain a statement from the centre holding the presidency in accordance with the procedure for the Centre ' s holding. The diploma notice.

Chapter 9

Other Rules

20. § 21. The Ministry of Education shall decide to dispense with this notice, when it is justified in exceptional circumstances, except in the cases referred to in section 5 (5). 3.

§ 22. The Ministry of Education may allow the deviation of this notice to be a part of the experiment. At the same time the Ministry shall determine the duration and the reporting form.

-23. The institution ' s decision pursuant to this notice may be submitted to the Ministry of Education, when the complaint relates to legal issues. The appeal shall be submitted to the institution, which shall deliver an opinion, which the complainant shall have the opportunity to comment on within a period of at least 1 week. The institution shall send the complaint to the Ministry, attached to the statement and any comments made by the complainant.

Paragraph 2. The deadline for filing a complaint pursuant to paragraph shall be made. One is two weeks from the day the decision is notified to the complainant.

Chapter 10

Entry into force and transitional rules

§ 24. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. March 2011 and have an impact on students who are beginning a diploma on the first of the students. July, 2011, or later.

§ 25. Joint study arrangements, which are effective from 1. July 2011, study arrangements for training approved in accordance with notices, as set out in Section 26, shall be approved by the Ministry of Education before coming into force.

Paragraph 2. Students who have carried out one or more modules of diploma in accordance with the rules laid down in one of the rules referred to in paragraph 1. 1, mentioned notices may, if the conditions of each institution permit it, end the training according to the previous rules in force. For students who have completed one or more modules of :

1) diploma in innovation and the entrepreneurship, cf. BEK nr. Thirty-four of 19. January 2000,

2) technical diploma in style and writing design, cf. BEK nr. 210 of 16. April 2002,

3) technical diploma in automation, cf. BEK nr. 210 of 16. April 2002,

4) diploma in professional practices-clinical radiography, cf. BEK nr. 307 of 16. May 2002, or

5) the development of diploma in project management, cf. 210 of 16. In April 2002, the institution must ensure that students are informed that training is not carried out and guidance on how they can complete the training of diploma.

Paragraph 3. Institutions providing diplomatic training after this notice shall be drawn up jointly a transitional arrangement so that students who have carried out one or more modules in one of the areas referred to in paragraph 1 shall be drawn up. 1, mentioned notices may end the training in accordance with the rules governing one of the training referred to in Annex 1.
