Annex 3 The full text of the Executive order on education in the vocational common entrance building and user service

Under section 4 (1) and (2) of the Act on vocational training, in accordance with article 3. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 510 of 19. May 2010, as amended by Act No. 578 of 1. June 2010, fixed: § 1. The vocational common entrance building and user service includes courses with functional and competence communities within the following main areas of employment: 1) Cleaning and special services in hospitals, institutions and companies.

2) real estate service.

3) guard and security service.

§ 2. The following vocational training is assigned to this input: 1) real estate service point, see. Annex 1.

2) Service Assistant, see. Annex 2.

3) security guard, see. Annex 3.

§ 3. The indicative duration of school education in the compulsory part of the curriculum is 20 weeks in the in section 2 of the mentioned courses.

§ 4. The common competences, students must meet in order to begin on school education in a main course within the entrance, is that students can: 1) Act actively and positively in various service, cooperation and communication situations, 2) deal with conflicts between colleagues, users, clients, customers and others. with a focus on own appearance and behavior, 3) by active participation provide a framework for a good working environment, 4) help to promote awareness of own role in prevention of work-related injuries and health in the workplace on the basis of a knowledge of the importance of physical activity and the basic principles of the labour movements, 5) apply knowledge of hygiene including personal hygiene and the importance of physical and mental well being to create a good working and leisure life and 6) implement a personal planning of his own work on the basis of the work plan and users want.

(2). To begin on school education in a main course within the entrance, students also meet the objectives of the following basic subjects: 1) first aid and basic fire fighting 0.5 week.

2) Danish F.

3) Psychology (F).

4) information technology F.

5) Learning, communication and cooperation, module 1.

(3). Additional requirements on competences which are specific for the transition to school education in each main course, set out in the annexes to the Decree.

§ 5. For training and teaching applies the rules laid down for vocational education and training in General.

Date of entry into force and transitional provisions



§ 6. The notice shall enter into force on the 1. July 2011.

(2). Executive Order No. 145 of 29. February 2008 on training in the vocational common entrance building and use the service are hereby repealed.

(3). Students who have started on a training basic course or main course, can complete the basic course or main course in accordance with the existing rules referred to in article 6. However, paragraph 4.

(4). The school in the local education plan establishes any transitional arrangements for students who have begun training in accordance with the existing rules.

Annex 1 real estate service technician

1. the purpose of education and Division 1.1. Training for real estate service technician will have as overarching purpose to students through school education and internship training achieves knowledge and skills within the following overall responsibilities: 1. Crafts, security and servicemæssigeydelser for maintenance of residential, commercial and institutional buildings, public buildings as well as sports facilities, etc. Services may have a social character opposite users or residents that includes all groups of the population.



2. Energy-and environmentally conscious daily planning, operation and maintenance of buildings with adjoining indoor and outdoor installations, equipment, facilities and areas.



3. Purchase of machinery and equipment as well as operation and maintenance of these.



4. The guidance of users and residents of the rights and duties through the use of the building and its facilities, contact the municipality, agency and housing organisations, as well as addressing the concerns of building safety, including the prevention of fire.



5. Administrative and managerial tasks, e.g. Planner – including planning of staff resources within the area, requiring the submission and monitoring of external craftsmen, budgeting etc.



1.2. The learner must achieve the training objectives provided for in one or more of training steps and specialties.

1.3. Training includes the following steps: 1. Property Assistant.



2. Real estate service technician.



1.4. The education (step 2) ends with the thesis property service technician.

2. Duration and structure, etc.

2.1. Training step 1, real estate Assistant, lasts 2 years and 5 months, including basic course. School education in the main gradient step 1 lasts 18 weeks. Step 2, real estate service technician, lasts 10 months. School education in the main gradient's step 2 items 7 weeks.

2.2. Education in the main course can be divided into at least 3 periods with intermediate school apprenticeships for students in step 1, and in at least two school periods with intermediate training period for students on step 2.

2.3. For pupils who have achieved the basic gradient proof from the entrance Building and user service with jurisdiction for the main sessions for service Assistant or security guard, organise the school teaching after 3.1., so that it can be carried out on up to 8 weeks.

3. specific competences in advance of school education in the main process 3.1. The specific competences, students must meet in order to begin the school education in the main course is that students can: 1. carry out the surveying of land in connection with smaller construction projects or through the establishment of lawns, beds, tiled areas, children's play areas, etc.,



2. make source separation,



3. make non-chemical weed control,



4. calculate the electric appliances load on fuses,



5. assess what tools and machines, to be used for a given task,



6. participate in the maintenance of areas as well as tools and machines,



7. handle oil and lubricants for machines, products for cleaning and laundries as well as paints and pesticides safety securely,



8. read water-, heat-and electricity usage, including comparing with last year's consumption and evaluate the result on the basis of understanding of resource consumption and environmental considerations and



9. make simple measurements of air flow through ventilation systems and regulate these in accordance with the proportional method.



3.2. It is a condition to start the school education in the main course that the student has achieved beståkarakteren of the basic gradient's final try.

4. Competences for main course 4.1. Competence objectives for the main course, see. However, section 4.2.-4.3., is that students can: 1. contribute to optimal resource-saving and environmentally conscious real estate operation, maintenance and safety of buildings,



2. carry out operation and maintenance of premises for special purposes,



3. contribute to optimal resource saving and environmental care and maintenance of the buildings belonging to the outdoor areas and facilities,



4. take care of waste management, including hazardous waste,



5. Security securely operate tools and equipment for use both in-and outdoor, including machines, where the tractor driving licence is a prerequisite,



6. operate the buildings technical installations and installations,



7. within applicable laws carry out repair and replacement tasks in buildings as well as inside as well as out on the technical installations, facilities, installations and machines,



8. carry out operation and maintenance of heating and ventilation systems,

19. explain the deployment environment, including for the company's day-to-day operations, funding opportunities, and for conditions at the company's termination,



20. demonstrate understanding of globalisation influence on work processes in a typical company in the industry,



21. prepare maintenance plans, programmes and reports, budgeting and construction procedure




22. perform administrative and managerial tasks by building operation, including craftsmen and make purchases, request



23. plan of work tasks based on a resource assessment and



24. apply rules, standards, etc. by convenient layout of playgrounds as well as ensure that the play equipment is in good condition for safety.



4.2. Competence of the objectives set out in section 4.1., nr. 1-20, applies to all stages and specializations in undergraduate education.

4.3. The competence of the objectives set out in section 4.1., nr. 21-24 applies to training step 2.

5. organisation of school education and internship training 5.1. The interaction between school and work placement activities are described in the education system within the overall framework, as laid down in the Ordinance on vocational education and training.

5.2. Between school periods in the main course of the sending school writing internship relevant tasks to the pupil. Tasks are answered by the student before the student begins in the subsequent school term.

6. evaluation and evidence, etc.

6.1. each step of training ends with a trial. The sample after a stage which is not only the final stage of training, must be sat by pupils who quit with that step.

6.3. As part of the last school period in step 2, real estate service technician, is organizing the school a final try. The sample represents a journeyman's test. The rules of the ordonnance on tests and exams in vocational education are applicable.

6.3.1. The test consists of a written and a praktiskdel.

The written portion consists of: 6.3.1.1. Tasks related to area and optional specialefag.

6.3.1.2. A optional writing project that orally presented. The project related to the area and optional specialefag.

The practical part consists of: 6.3.1.3. A practical task, related to area courses.

Assignments are made by the school after consultation with the Technical Committee. All devices must be used.

6.3.2. the test runs over 2 days.

The tasks mentioned in paragraph 6.3.1.1. solved within 2 clock hours. The project mentioned in paragraph 6.3.1.2. submitted within 20 minutes including. assessment. The practical task referred to in paragraph 6.3.1.3. performed within 3 Bell timer.

Tasks for the practical part are distributed among students by drawing lots, and provides one-hour preparation time before the test reporting.

6.3.3. The tasks to be assessed by the pupil's teacher (the examiner) and 2 censors appointed by the Technical Committee.

6.3.4. Given one character for each of the two sub-tasks without prejudice. AFS. 6.3.1. The student has passed, if the average of the 2 votes characters without rounding is at least beståkarakteren.

The nature of the written part, see. section 6.3.1.1. and 6.3.1.2., watchman by 50%, and consists of an average of the grade for the written task, see. section 6.3.1.1. and the nature of the optional project, see. section 6.3.1.2.

The nature of the practical test, see. section 6.3.1.3. Watchman by 50%.

Evidence



6.4. For the issue of the school certificate, should the student have achieved at least beståkarakteren as the average of the grades for all initial and områdefag in the main course. There must also be achieved at least beståkarakteren, in each specialefag. Any subjects which is not given in nature, must be conducted in accordance with the rules of the profession.

The student must have replied to the written assignments referred to in section 5.2., and task responses must be approved by the school.

6.5. For students who complete the training with step 1, real estate Assistant, the test set out in section 6.2, be passed.

6.6. For students who complete the training with step 2, real estate service technician, test set out in section 6.3 must be passed.

6.7. At the end of the training, including completion of step 1, draw up the Technical Committee, a training certificate to the student as proof that the student has achieved competence in the field of education.

6.7.1. For pupils who quit with step 1, real estate Assistant training certificate is applied to the result of the final sample referred to in article 6. section 6.2.

6.7.2. For pupils who quit with step 2, real estate service technician diploma (journeymen letter) is applied to the result of the final sample, sample, see journeymen. section 6.3.

6.8. For students who complete training step 2, the Technical Committee may sign the letter about assigned journeymen honors with one of the following designations:

Accepted with praise.

Accepted with the bronze medal.

Assumed with the silver medal.



Annex 2 Service Assistant

1. the purpose of education and Division 1.1. Training for service Assistant have as overarching purpose to students through school education and internship training achieves knowledge and skills within the following broad areas of competence 1. Plan and execute professional commercial cleaning, which ensures a good hygiene and a good indoor climate with respect to users.



2. Assist the relevant professional groups in hospitals, nursing homes and the like, with user-related tasks.



3. Perform simple clerical functions in private and public companies.



4. Prepare and serve light cuisine.



1.2. The learner must achieve the training objectives provided for in one or more of training steps and specialties 1.3. The training includes step: Cleaning technician.

1.4. The training can be completed with the following specializations: 1. Hospital service (step 2).



2. Business service (step 2).

2. Duration and structure, etc.

2.1. Training step 1 cleaning technician, lasts 1 year and 6 months, including the basic cycle. School education in the main gradient step 1 lasts 11 weeks. Step 2, service Assistant with thesis hospital service or service Assistant with the thesis enterprise service, lasting 6 months. School education in the main gradient's step 2 items 12 weeks.

2.2. Education in the main course can be divided into at least 2 school periods with intermediate training period for students in step 1, and in at least two school periods with intermediate training period for students on step 2.

2.3. For pupils who have achieved the basic gradient proof from the entrance Building and user service with jurisdiction for the main sessions for real estate service technician or security guard, organise the school teaching after 3.1., so that it can be carried out on up to 8 weeks.

2.4. Persons can carry out training to service Assistant at 1 year, Inc. a supplementary course that takes the place of the basic cycle, if they have had at least 2 years of relevant work experience within the selected speciality.

School education is at 28 weeks. The complete training is conducted with 3 school periods with intermediate periods. The school carries out the resolution of student's practical and theoretical skills, so that teaching can be organised for students ' conditions and needs, given that students should achieve the objectives set in education and training.

The school may, in collaboration with the local education Committee may waive the requirement of 2 years of relevant professional experience, as mentioned above, if the school on the basis of an overall assessment and after consultation with the pupil and the possible internship company determines that the student has the necessary conditions to carry out training.

3. specific competences in advance of school education in the main process 3.1. The specific competences, students must meet in order to begin the school education in the main course is that students can: 1. perform regular professional cleaning of various local and material types according to a work plan and under the guidance,



2. perform work hygienic, rationally, and ergonomically correct with appropriate methods, cleaning products, tools and machines,



3. recognize the typical surfaces on floors, walls, furniture, as well as contribute to an assessment of the cleaning products and methods their surfaces can tolerate,



4. assist in the preparation and presentation of nutritional food,



5. use common kitchen appliances,



6. apply the principles of own-checks for the production, storage and sale of food, similar to the basic subject of hygiene,



7. under the guidance apply relevant ICT tools for solving industry-related tasks such as cleaning scheduling,



8. use e-communications and search for industry-relevant information on the Internet and



9. assess service industry and cleaning the subject's importance in national context against the background of knowledge about society's development, function and conditions.



3.2. The student must pass the certification examination for the occupational training-General food hygiene.

3.2.1. It is a condition for the start of school education in the main course that the student has passed the basic gradient's final try.

4. Competences for main course 4.1. Competence objectives for the main course, see. However, section 4.2.-4.4., is that students can: 1. independently to plan, perform and evaluate daily and rational special cleaning and service tasks in institutions, hospitals, businesses and private homes after cleaning plans and given the particular circumstances in the current workspace,



2. use tools, carts and machines correctly in relation to the applicable guidelines for safety and ergonomics,



3. Select and apply appropriate means according to the nature of the task and under surfaces and the planning and conduct of cleaning tasks take account of personal security and the internal and external environment,




4. prevent and impede the proliferation of micro-organisms and ensure a high standard of hygiene in the workplace on the basis of current knowledge of Microbiology,



5. applying quality measurement systems for the evaluation of cleaning quality and defining the object groups and impurities as well as assessing the level of quality from a particular profile and apply different quality assessment schemes,



6. provide service for customer and user contact,



7. on the basis of the approach to and knowledge of the body's physique and function of prevention of work-related injuries and disorders in themselves and others,



8. use of Danish in speech and writing appropriately and with a reasonable degree of accuracy in the cleaning and service work,



9. on the basis of knowledge on innovation, entrepreneurship and the concept of independence start their own businesses or contribute to the development and innovation of enterprises in the private and public labour market,



10. transport, displacing and camps patients



11. prepare and serve snacks and diets,



12. exhibit heightened attention in their daily work in relation to dealings with patients and disclose pertinent observations to the cooperation partners,



13. carry out practical tasks and work in accordance with the applicable procedures with terminal patients, deceased and dependants,

4.2. Competence of the objectives set out in section 4.1., nr. 1-9, goes for training step 1-cleaning technician.

4.3. The competence of the objectives set out in section 4.1., nr. 10-15 and 22, applies to training step 2 – Thesis hospital service.

4.4. The competence of the objectives set out in section 4.1., nr. 16 – 22, applies to training step 2-the thesis enterprise service.

5. organisation of school education and internship training 5.1. The interaction between school and work placement activities are described in the education system within the overall framework, as laid down in the Ordinance on vocational education and training.

5.2. intermediate school periods in the main course of the pupil of the school gets a written task, which is responded to by the pupil and presented on subsequent school term.

6. evaluation and evidence, etc.

6.1. each step of training ends with a trial. The sample after a step, which is not the final step, conducting training of all students.

6.2. At the end of the last school period in step 1, cleaning technician, is organizing the school a final try. The rules of the ordonnance on tests and exams in vocational education are applicable.

There must also be obtained beståkarakter in each specialefag. Any subjects which is not given in nature, must be conducted in accordance with the rules of the profession. 6.5. For students who complete the training with step 1, cleaning technician must test as set out in section 6.2. be passed.

6.6. For students who complete the training with step 2, service Assistant with thesis hospital service or service Assistant with the thesis enterprise service, must test as set out in section 6.2. and 6.3. be passed.

1.2. The learner must reach the established training objectives in the field of education thesis.

1.3. Training can be completed with the following thesis:

Security guard.

2. Duration and structure, etc.

2.1. The training lasts 1 year and 6 months, including the basic cycle. School education in the main process lasts 24 weeks.

2.2. Education in the main course can be divided into at least 3 school periods with intermediate periods.

2.3. For pupils who have achieved the basic gradient proof from the entrance Building and user service with jurisdiction for the main sessions for real estate service technician or service Assistant, organise the school teaching after 3.1., so that it can be carried out on up to 8 weeks.

3. specific competences in advance of school education in the main process 3.1. The specific competences, students must meet in order to begin school education main course is that students can: 1. perform common security and safety functions in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations,



2. use common reporting, receipt and control systems as well as submit report



3. perform guard and security tasks rationally and ergonomically correct,



4. show flexibility, respect and professionalism in working with colleagues, users, customers, clients and others. in practical safety work,



5. demonstrate an understanding of the importance of their own behaviour and personal appearance in the practical guard and security work and



6. assess the guard and security industry location and development national and globally on the basis of knowledge about society's development, function and conditions, similar to the basic subject social studies level (F).



3.2. It is a condition to start the school education in the main course that the student has passed the "basic guard" see. § 9 of the Ministry of Justice Decree No. 1564 by 20. 4. outline the factors that are important for healthy living in everyday life and in connection with jobs in the security industry,



5. in the light of the knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship to start their own businesses or contribute to the development and innovation of enterprises in the private and public labour market,



6. describe and relate/compare elementary psychological issues in guard industry



7. communicate professionally in typical vaguely related work situations,




8. handle conflicts in typical vaguely related work functions,



9. use a variety of physical-related techniques in order to ensure their personal safety,



10. demonstrate an understanding of the importance of quality, efficiency and service in typical vaguely related work situations,



11. perform regular daily reporting in connection with guard tasks,



12. help to track conservation at a crime scene,



13. by rational effort head off damage to the environment,
