Annominations concerning the training of the professional community in building and user services

In accordance with Article 4 (4), 1 and 2, in the law on vocational training, cf. Law Order no. 510 of 19. May 2010, as amended by law no. 578 of 1. June 2010 shall be determined :

§ 1. The commercial and user services industry includes training with functional and competence counters in the following general employment areas :

1) Cleaning and special services in hospitals, institutions and businesses.

2) Real estate service.

3) Guard and Security Service.

§ 2. The following vocational training (s) has been placed on this entry :

1) Real Estate Services Specialist, cf. Annex 1.

2) Service Assistant, cf. Annex 2.

3) Security guard, cf. Annex 3.

§ 3. The indicative duration of school education in the compulsory part of the ground is 20 weeks in the training courses referred to in section 2.

§ 4. The common skills targets, the students must meet to begin school education in a major front of the common entry point, are that the pupils can :

1) act actively and positively in a variety of service, collaboration and communication situations ;

2) handle conflicts between colleagues, users, clients, clients, and others, with a focus on their own appearance and behaviour,

3) in the field of active participation, create a framework for a good working environment,

4) contribute to the promotion of awareness of its own role in the prevention of occupational injuries and health at the workplace, on the basis of a knowledge of the importance of physical activity and the basic principles of labour movements ;

5) use knowledge of hygiene, including personal hygiene, and the meaning of physical and mental health, to create a good working and leisure life ; and

6) conduct a personal planning of its own work on the basis of the work plan and user's wishes.

Paragraph 2. In order to begin the school education in a general area of the common entry, the pupils must also meet the objectives of the following basic class :

1) First aid and item in fire fight 0,5 week.

2) Danish F.

3) Psychology F.

4) Information technology F.

5) Learning, communication and collaboration, module 1.

Paragraph 3. Additional requirements for the level of competence for the transition to school education in the individual main course are set out in the annexes to the notice.

§ 5. In the case of education and training, moreover, the rules laid down for vocational training in general are also applicable.

Entry into force and transitional provisions

§ 6. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July, 2011.

Paragraph 2. Publication no. 145 of 29. February 2008 on the education and user service training of the professional community of construction and user services are hereby repealed.

Paragraph 3. In the course of the course of training or the main course of action, the initial or general process may be carried out in accordance with the rules in force in accordance with the rules in force, cf. however, paragraph 1 4.

Appendix 1

Real Estate Services Technician

1. The purpose and division of the training

1.1. The training for real estate service is intended as a general purpose for students through school education and training to gain knowledge and skills in the following major areas of competence :

1. Handcrafts, security and service objectives, service provision for accommodation, business and institution, public buildings, and sports systems etc. Services may be social in nature to users or occupiers that include all population groups.

2. Energy and eco-aware daily planning, operation and maintenance of buildings with associated indoors and outdoors equipment, equipment, facilities and areas.

3. The purchase of machinery and equipment, and the operation and maintenance of such equipment.

1. contribute to optimal resource-saving and environmentally conscious ownership, maintenance and building security ;

4.3. The Competences in section 4.1., nr. 21-24 shall apply to the stage 2 of the training stage 2.

5. Subsidies and training of education and training

5.1. The interplay between schools and trainders is described in the education system within the overall framework laid down in the announcement of vocational education and training.

5.2. Between school periods in the main course, the school sends written internship-relevant tasks to the student. The tasks will be answered by the student before the student starts on the subsequent school period.

Evidence

6.4. In order to be able to issue a school certificate, the student must have obtained at least the grade average of all the grades for all reasons and area subjects in the main. The student must have replied to the written tasks referred to in Section 5.2, and the tasks shall be approved by the school.

Service Assistant

1. The purpose and division of the training

1.1. The training for the service provider, as a general purpose, is for students through school education and training to acquire knowledge and skills in the following general areas of competence.

1. Plan and perform professional professional cleaning, which ensures good hygiene and a good climate of respect for users.

2. Confused relevant professional groups in hospitals, nursing homes o. like user-related tasks.

3. Commodising simple office functions in private and public companies.

4. Banded and ancorrecting easier dishes.

1.2. The student must reach the objectives laid down in one or more of the training objectives of one or more of the training courses and specialties ;

1.3. The training contains the step : Cleanup Technician.

1.4 . The training can be completed by the following specialties :

1. Hospital service (Step 2).

2. Enterprise Service (Step 2).

2. The duration and structure of the education and so on.

2.1. The stage 1 of the training stage 1, cleaning techniques, goods 1 year and 6 months, including the background. The school education of the first step of the main item shall be 11 weeks. 5. use commonly available kitchen machinery,

6. apply the principles of self-control in the production, storage and sale of food, corresponding to the Hygiene basset ;

7. use appropriate IT tools for solving industry-related tasks e.g. cleaning planning,

8. use electronic communications and search for industry-informed information on the Internet ; and

9. assess the impact of the service industry and the cleaner in the national context on the basis of knowledge of the development, functioning and conditions of society.

3.2. The student must pass the certificate sample to the labour market-age-level food hygiene.

3.2.1. It is a condition for starting school lessons in the main course that the student has passed the final test of the founding of the founding fathers.

4. Competent goals of the main cycle

4.1. The Competencies for the main flow, cf. however, section 4.2. -4.4., is that the pupils can :

6.5. For students who end the training with stage 1, cleaning techniques, the test as specified in Section 6.2 must be passed.

6.6. For students who end the training with stage 2, service assistant with the special hospital service or service assistant with the special enterprise service, the test as provided for in Section 6.2 and 6.3 must be passed.

6.7. At the end of the course of training, including the closure of step 1, the professional committee issues a training certificate to the student as evidence that the student has acquired competence in the field of training. The specialist is shown in the training certificate


Appendix 3

Security guard

1. The purpose and division of the training

1.1. The security guard training, as a general purpose, is for students through school education and training to acquire knowledge and skills in the following general areas of competence :

1. Professional monitoring of people, so that life or welfare is not threatened.

2. Professional monitoring and protection of the company and their values.

3. Observation and prevention of fire, theft, vandalism and energy waste in and around buildings.

4. Professional security-related guidance and servicing customers, audience, guests, and others.

1.2. The student must reach the set of training objectives in the field of education.

1.3. The training can be completed with the following specialty :

Security guard.

2. The duration and structure of the education and so on.

2.1. The training will be 1 year and 6 months, including the basic process. The school lesson in the main course of the general cycle is 24 weeks.

2.2. The school education class shall be divided into at least three periods of intermediate internship periods.

2.3. For students who have obtained basic drainage evidence from the building and user service entrance with competence for the ownership of the real estate service or service provider, the school is in the school teaching after 3.1 so that it can be applied to up to Eight weeks.

Special powers of competence prior to school education during the main course of events

3.1 The special skills targets, the students have to meet to begin school education, are that the students can :

1. carry out general security and security duties in accordance with the laws, regulations and provisions applicable ;
