Law on the amendment of the law of the local authorities

(Determination of the semi-annual accounts)

We, by the Queen of God, Denmark's Queen, do our thing : the parliament has adopted and we know the following law.

§ 1

In the law of the local authority, cf. Law Order no. 1440 of 1. In November 2010, as amended by Section 1 of law no. 510 of 6. June 2007 shall be amended as follows :

1. I § 36 pasted as paragraph 2 :

" Stop. 2. The Municipality's 50th annual accounts shall cover the period from 1. January to the 30th. June. "

2. Insert after section 45 :

" § 45 a. The local authorities shall be determined by the Council of Economic and Health Ministers for the Council of Ministers for the Council of Ministers for the Committee on Economic and Social Affairs and the Internal Affairs of the Council. The five-year accounts shall be accompanied by comments on the local authority ' s projected annual accounts for the year in question.

Paragraph 2. The local authority shall take a decision with regard to the approval of the semi-annual accounts.

Paragraph 3. The final approved half-year accounts shall be made public. `

3. I § 46, paragraph. 1, the words ' annual accounts ` shall be replaced by the following : ' annual accounts and semi-annual accounts `.

4. I § 57, paragraph. 1, the words ' and accounts ' shall be replaced by : `, annual accounts and semi-annual accounts `.

§ 2

Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. March, 2011.

Paragraph 2. Half-annual accounts will be paid for the first time for 2011.

§ 3

The law does not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
