Law on the Law Prohibit Act

(Extended access to use anonymous witnesses)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the law of the court's care, cf. Law Order no. 1237 of 26. In October 2010, as last amended by Section 2 of Law No 1552 of 21. In December 2010, the following changes are made :

1. I § 181 " § 856 (1) is replaced by : EUR 4 and 5 ` shall be replaced by : ' 856 (1). 5 and 6. "

2. I § 845, paragraph 1. 1, no. 4, " § 856 (1) is replaced by : 1, 3 or 6 "to :" § 856 (2) One, four or seven.

3. I § 845, paragraph 1. 1, no. 6, " § 856 (1) is replaced by : 5 "to :" § 856 (1) SIX. "

4. § 856, paragraph. 3, is hereby repealed and the following shall be inserted :

" Stop. 3. Decision pursuant to paragraph 1. 2 shall be taken on the basis of a comprehensive assessment of the circumstances of the case, including any information on the prior association of the witness to the defendant and the nature of the case.

Paragraph 4. Where paragraph is adopted, provision shall be made, 2, no. Two, may the court further determine that the defendant will leave the courtroom, while the witness is questioned.

Paragraph 4-9 shall then be referred to in paragraph 4. 5-10.

5. I § 856, paragraph. 7, there will be paragraph 1. The first paragraph is replaced by paragraph 8. 2, 3, 5 and 6 ' shall be replaced by the following : Two, four, six and seven.

6. I § 856, paragraph. 8, 1. pkt., there will be paragraph 1. 9, 1. pkt., shall be replaced by ' paragraph 1. 1, 3 or 6 (2) shall be replaced by the following : One, four or seven.

7. I § 856, paragraph. 8, 4. pkt., there will be paragraph 1. 9, 4. pkt., shall be replaced by ' paragraph 1. Five shall : ' shall mean the following : SIX. "

8. I § 856, paragraph. 9, 1. pkt., there will be paragraph 1. 10, 1. pkt., shall be replaced by ' paragraph 1. 3 ' shall be replaced by : 4 ", and" section. The following shall be replaced by 5 and 6 '. Six and seven. "

9. I § 856, paragraph. 9, 4. pkt., there will be paragraph 1. 10, 4. pkt., shall be replaced by ' paragraph 1. 3, 5 and 6 ` shall be replaced by ' the following : Four, six and seven.

§ 2

Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. May 2011.

Paragraph 2. The law shall apply in matters that are not definitively settled at the entry into force of the law.

§ 3

The law does not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
