Law amending the law on employers ' Student refunds and the law on vocational education and training
(Temporary increase in employers ' contributions, the continuation of trainee job creation measures and access to school internship, etc.)
WE, MARGRETHE the SECOND, by the grace of God Queen of Denmark, do indeed:
The Danish Parliament has adopted and we know Our consent confirmed the following law:
The law on employers ' Student refund, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 160 of 28. February 2011, as amended by section 23 of law No. 639 of 14. June 2010, is amended as follows: 1. In article 18, paragraph 1, insert after 3. item:
» In 2012-2014 increased contribution, see. 2. and 3. paragraph, together with 389 kr. annually per. full-time in 2012-price-and-salary level. '
2. In paragraph 41 (a), the words ' 2011-12 ' to: ' 2012-13 '.
The law on vocational education and training, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 171 of 2. March 2011, is amended as follows: 1. In paragraph 71 (a), the words ' 2011-12 ' to: ' 2012-13 '.
In Act No. 1218 by 14. December 2009 amending the law on employers ' Student refunds and the Act on vocational training (Adjustment of premium, wage subsidies and bonus access to school internship and school education and grants for practical training firms), as amended by section 2 of Act No. 1230 by 2. November 2010 and section 3 of Act No. 1615 by 22. December 2010, is amended as follows: 1. section 3 (2) and (3) are repealed.
Paragraph 4-6 becomes paragraph 2-4.
2. Article 3, paragraph 4, which will be the second paragraph is replaced by the following: ' (2). § 66 k, paragraph 3, of the law on vocational education as amended by section 2 of this Act, no. 5, applies to education agreements concluded from the 5. November 2009. '
3. In article 3, paragraph 5, no. 3, which becomes paragraph 3, nr. 3, the words ' concluded in the period from 5. November 2009 to 31 December 2009. December 2011, '.
§ 4 paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on the 1. January 2012.
(2). Employers who have concluded an agreement on social and health education training step 2 in the period from the 1. June 2009 up to and including 31 December 2002. December 2011, able to meet the conditions for obtaining premium and bonus, see. sections 16 and 17 of the law on employers ' Student refund, although the agreement does not contain any probation. Payment of prize and bonus shall be in accordance with the provisions for prize and bonus, which was in force at the time of the conclusion of the training agreement.
