Annunciation of the publication of information relating to the provision of services on off-shore facilities and so on in a country other than the establishment country
§ 1
Notice no. 556 of 16. June 2008, on the exchange of information in the field of offshore services, etc. in a country other than the establishment country, the following changes shall be made :

" In accordance with section 50, paragraph. Amendment No 4. 1424 by 21. In December 2005, on the safety and inter-premises for investigation, production and transport of hydrocarbons (offshore security law), shall be adopted according to the authority of Section 61 (1). 3 : "

3. I § 2, nr. 2, the words ' and section 3 (1) are deleted ; FIVE, "
4. I § 2 pasted as paragraph 2 and 3 :
" Stop. 2. The notice shall also apply to the activities of associated jobs, accommodation facilities, equipment, etc., on other ships and in any direction other than those referred to in section 3 (3) of the Offshore Safety Act. 3 and 4 (special vessels etc.) and which are not covered by the definition of the section 2 (2) of the off-shore safety law. 1, to the extent the activities are directly or indirectly linked to the investigation and production of hydrocarbons, cf. section 3 in the notice of extension of the scope of the offshore security law.
Paragraph 3. The notice shall also apply to the activities on offshore installations which are not mentioned in the section 2 (2) of the Offshore Safety Act. 1 and which are covered by the underground law and have health and health implications, cf. Section 4 of the announcement to extend the scope of the offshore safety law. `
§ 2
The announcement shall enter into force on 1. June 2011.
