Publication concerning the amendment of the notice on the safety and health work of fixed offshore plants

§ 1

Notice no. 1504 of 15. In December 2010 on the safety and health work of fixed offshore plants, the following changes shall be made :

1. I § 1 pasted as paragraph 2 :

" Stop. 2. The notice shall also apply to the activities of fixed offshore installations which have not been mentioned in section 2 (2). 1, in the off-shore safety law and covered by the underground law and have health and health implications, cf. Section 4 of the announcement to extend the scope of the offshore safety law. `

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. June 2011.
