Law on the amendment of the law on the execution of tasks of other public authorities and the participation of other public authorities and regions of the municipalities and regions of the municipalities

(Extension of certain dispensations with a view to strengthening private enterprises ' opportunities for exports, for example, of health and welfare solutions)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

Law no. 548 of 8. In June 2006, the involvement of the municipalities of tasks for other public authorities and the participation of municipalities and regions in companies is hereby amended as follows :

1. Section 3, paragraph 3. 3, ITREAS :

" Stop. 3. The Corporate and Corporate Management Board may, by application, permit the municipalities and regions to participate indirectly via the local authorities via the local authorities, and so on, including through municipal communities, and so on, including via local authority communities ; under Section 60, in the law of the local authorities, whose essential conditions are to be referred to. ` ;

2. I § 4 undeleted paragraph 2, and in paragraph 3 and 4, there will be paragraph 1. 2 and 3 shall be deleted ' and 2 `.

§ 2

The law shall enter into force on 1. July, 2011.
