In accordance with section 2 (2), 2, section 3, section 2, section 4, section 5, section Three, section 6, section 8, paragraph 8. 4, section 9, section 11 (4). 1, section 12, paragraph 1. 2, section 14 (4). 1, 2, and 5, section 15, section 16 (4). 3 and 4 and Section 19 (3). 5, Law No. No. 639 of 14. In June 2010 on the allowance and subsidy for carriage by means of participation in vocational training and training, as amended by law no. 573 of 7. June 2011, and after negotiations with the Minister for Employment, shall be determined :

Chapter 1

Personal circles, etc.

§ 1. People who have a real and actual employment in Denmark as a wage earners or self-employed persons may obtain compensation for loss of income or employment as a result of participation in training referred to in Article 4 (2). 1, and subsidies for the carriage of passengers in training referred to in Article 4 (4). 2.

Paragraph 2. However, in the case of employees, it is a condition for obtaining reimbursement and subsidies for the provision of a grant to the employer from receiving public services as a subsidy to the paycheck, but exempted from flexing jobs.

Paragraph 3. As employed by the second paragraph. 1 shall also be considered :

1) the person who has been discharged and commentate in the immediate extension of the termination of the employment relationship, if the person concerned and his employer have concluded an agreement on participation in training before the person concerned was made redundant and

2) any person who has been discharged or has resigned and participating in training, which extends beyond the period of termination, if the training site has taken up the person concerned in training before it was terminated or even resigned.

Paragraph 4. Persons without employment resident in Denmark and are neither entitled to benefits or benefits under the Law on unemployment insurance and so on or receiving cash benefits or benefits under the Act of Active Social Policy or Intro-making provision for the integration of foreigners in Denmark may benefit from a grant for carriage by participating in training referred to in Article 4 (1). 2.

§ 2. § 3. It is a condition for obtaining reimbursement and support for the provision of the participation of the participant in the level of training which is higher than the level of vocational training or other training which may be treated as a person ; hereby, unless the training has not been used for the last five years, cf. Section 2 of the Act of Allowance and Allowance for the participation of professionals in the adult and after-training activities.

Paragraph 2. Persons whose training is resolved by a new equivalent training can only be reimbursed if the new level of completion training does not exceed the level of vocational training.

Chapter 2

Deviations and so on justifying compensation and subsidies for the carriage of goods

§ 4. Allowance may be obtained by participating in the following vocational training and after training :

1) labour market training and individual subjects engaged in a common competence description according to the law on labour market training and so on.

2) Individual powers of competence according to the law on labour market training and so on, and on the subject of the law on basic education and training for adult education (training).

3) Basic adult education (GVU) training to the extent that the process has been composed of labour market training is included in a joint competence description, individual competency assessment after paragraph 1. 2 and a single-class subject to vocational training (vocational training and adult education), etc., and according to the respective educational notices.

Paragraph 2. Supplements may be obtained for the participation of the following professionals in the following trainfully adult and after training :

2) Individual skills assessment according to the law on labour market training and so on.

§ 5. That is a condition for obtaining compensation, except in section 4 (4). 1, no. The F5 and 6 Flow and in order to obtain grants for the provision of a grant of training in the field of open training law (vocational training and adult education) etc.

Chapter 3

Allowance

§ 6. As revenues after paragraph 1 (1). 1, the profit or self-employed person shall be counted as earnings.

Paragraph 3. In the case of payment of reimbursement, the amount of payment shall be rounded up to the nearest entire chronosum.

§ 8. Allowance may be paid only at the time when the participant has participated in the teaching, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. A participant who is entitled to compensation after this notice shall retain the right to reimbursement if the training is interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances at the training site. Allowance may, however, be paid only for the first day, the instruction has been suspended.

Chapter 4

Accession to transport

§ 9. People meeting the conditions laid down in Chapter 1 and which participate in training activities in accordance with section 4 (4). 2, may obtain grants for the carriage of goods, cf. however, paragraph 1 Six and eight.

Paragraph 2. The participant shall be entitled to a daily allowance for the daily transport between the place of residence and the educational site of the kilometres above the first 24 kilometres, but not more than 576 km per kilometre. Day.

Paragraph 3. If the participant is the subject of the training period, the participant shall be entitled to a grant for carriage at the beginning and end of training at the start of the public holidays and on weekends. Paragraph 6. Aid shall not be paid for the carriage of goods by the total amount of the aid per year ; education is below a minimum amount, which is 32,00 kr. at 2010-level. Paragraph 7. In the case of payment of aid for the carriage of goods, the amount of the payment shall be rounded to the nearest entire crown amount.

Paragraph 8. A grant may not be obtained for the carriage of passengers if training is carried out on the company where the participant is employed, cf. § 8 (3) 2, in the case of allowances and allowances for the carriage of passengers by means of participation in business adult and training.

Chapter 5

Applications for reimbursement and subsidies for the carriage of goods and so on

§ 10. The application for reimbursement and subsidies intended for transport must be submitted to the unemployment rate, the training facility or the Board of Education, which shall be required to decide on reimbursement or subsidy for transport by section 15.

Paragraph 2. Application for paragraph 1 1 shall be submitted no later than four weeks after the end of the training.

Paragraph 3. The unemployment rate, the training facility or the Board of Education, to which the application is to be submitted, decide whether the application has been received in a timely manner. The decision of the unemployment rate, education or training of training shall not be brought to the second administrative authority.

§ 11. The application for reimbursement and subsidies for the carriage of goods shall be submitted by the participant, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. Where employers pay the usual salary to participants who are entitled to receive training, justifying reimbursement or subsidies for transport, the application for reimbursement or subsidy for carriage shall be submitted by the employer. In other cases, employers may submit an application for reimbursement or subsidy for the carriage of power by the full force, cf. § 12, paragraph 1. 1, in the case of allowances and subsidies for the carriage of passengers by means of participation in vocational training and training.

§ 12. The application for reimbursement and allowance for transport may be carried out on a paper form drawn up by the Education Agency, or digitally via the PostTraining .dk web portal, when the training is carried out in an educational place using it Study management system EASY-A, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. Employers and self-employed persons who have a social security number shall apply for the allowance and support for the universal service provided that this option is available, cf. paragraph 1. Furthermore, employers and self-employed persons must receive decisions and notifications of reimbursement and subsidies for the transport of digital via e-Boks or similar digital mailboxes.

Paragraph 3. For digital applications, digital signature or other secure identification of persons providing access to the Subtraining .dk shall be used.

Paragraph 4. The Board of Education may, in exceptional cases, exempt employers and self-employed persons from the obligation to apply for reimbursement and subsidies for the universal service, and to receive decisions and notifications digitally.

§ 13. It is a condition for the processing of an application for reimbursement or subsidy for the provision of the fact that all mandatory fields in the application form are completed.

Paragraph 2. In the case of a digital application for repayment or subsidy for the carriage of goods, the application procedure may be stopped if certain conditions in order to obtain compensation or subsidy under Chapter 1-4 are not present, including that training is not covered ; of section 4.

Paragraph 3. An employer submitting a grant or allowance for carriage shall inform the participant as to the content of the application and that the accuracy of the information given in the application for the participant may be checked by : interconnector of registers.

§ 14. The training sites must provide information on a digital application for reimbursement and support for the provision of services, including on their websites, and provide guidance and assistance in doing so.

Chapter 6

Administration, disbursement, monitoring and complaint

§ 15. The Board of Education shall bear the overall responsibility of the management of allowances and allowances for the provision of services in the area of adult and further training.

Paragraph 2. The compensation or subsidy allowance for a participant in the case of a member of a unemployment fund shall be taken by the unemployment rate of the participant and the unemployment fund shall make the payment.

Paragraph 3. The compensation or subsidy allowance for a participant who is not a member of a unemployment fund shall be taken by the training site, cf. however, paragraph 1 4, and the Board of Informations shall make the payment.

Paragraph 4. The compensation to a participant who is not a member of a unemployment fund and participating in training after Section 4 (2) shall be reimbursed. 1, no. 5 or 6 shall be taken by the Board of Education, and the Management Board shall make the payment.

Paragraph 5. The Board of Education may, at any time, make or amend a decision on cases of reimbursement and subsidies for the transport of transport, which is under consideration or is determined by a training facility.

Paragraph 8. § 16. Before a decision is taken on reimbursement or subsidy for the carriage of goods, cf. Section 15, the training facility must carry out an inventory of the extent to which the participant has followed the instruction. For participants who are members of an unemployment fund, the training shall be sent to the unemployment fund. In the case of non-members of a non-unemployment fund, the decision on reimbursement or subsidy for carriage shall be used for the taking of the training test. Paragraph 2. The Board of Education shall lay down guidelines for the administration of reimbursement and the provision of aid for the individual training.

Paragraph 3. The Board of Education may require training facilities to use the computer systems of the steering system at the time of delivery of the tasks of training the training schemes after sections 15 and section 16.

Paragraph 4. The Management Board shall supervise the performance of the tasks assigned to the training sites and may require all information necessary for the supervision of the surveillance authorities.

Paragraph 4. The Employment Committee on Employment and Social Affairs can disregard the period of appeal in paragraph 1. Two, when there is particular reason for this.

§ 21. Written communication between the educational premises, the level of unemployment, the recovery authority, the Ministry of Education and the Undertaking shall be digitally, unless the Ministry of Education is determined otherwise.

Paragraph 2. Paragraph 3. Chapter 7

§ 22. Chapter 8

Entry into force and transitional provisions

Paragraph 4. The people in paragraph 3. The notices referred to in paragraph 3 shall apply to applications for reimbursement and subsidies for the carriage of goods submitted before the first 1.
