Publication of the amendment of the notification of payment for the control of feed and feed business

(GASTs) third party auditing ;

§ 1

Notice no. 1489 of 15. In December 2010, on the payment of feed and feed business, the following changes are made :

1. Bekendtbarsens title ITREAS :

' Confession for payment for the control of feed and feed business, and the supervision and so on with accredited inspection bodies ' ;

2. Inline the notice shall be replaced by the following :

" In accordance with section 1, paragraph, 3, no. 11, in the law of feedingstuffs, cf. Law Order no. 418 of 3. May 2011, and after authorisation, the following shall be :

3. I § 1 pasted as paragraph 2 :

" Stop. 2. Accredited control bodies performing the auditing of the quality assurance system for the feed business must pay fees as set out in Annex 1, to cover the Agency ' s expenditure on ongoing oversight, instruction and supervision etc. in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EC) No 882/2004. April 2004 on official control for the verification of compliance with feed and food law and animal health and animal welfare rules. `

4. After § 15 and before Forrest and so on. inserted :

" Special payment in connection with third party auditing auditing

§ 15 a. Accredited inspection bodies, which, in accordance with Chapter 10 of the notice of feed and feed business, apply the Plantedirectorate for approval for the management of the Directorate-General for the management of the quality assurance system (s) of the Agency for the purposes of the " DL " ; shall pay for the time consumption of the plant directorate, cf. Annex 1, D, in connection with the examination of the application of the plant directorate.

§ 15 b. Feedingstuffs must pay for the time consumption of the plant directorate, cf. Annex 1, D, in relation to the case handling of the Directorate-General for the inspections carried out by the inspection body. ` ;

The announcement shall enter into force 1. July, 2011.
