Publication of regional co-financing of quality fund investments in a modern health care structure in 2012
Purline of Aktparagraph no. 154 of 15. June 2011 shall be :
§ 1. The payment of grants from the state from the quality fund to investment in a modern hospital structure assumes that the individual region of 2012 contributes to funding for investment projects corresponding to the region's block subsidy part of a thousand million. DKK (2010-pl), cf. Annex 1.
§ 2. State quality funds paid out in 2012, the regions ' own funding in 2012 and, if applicable, revenue from loans paid out in 2012 concerning the quality fund projects are deposited on separate accounts in a financial institution following the rules of the budget and accounting system for regions. The landfill of amounts received in the region from the State of State Quality Fund and the Loan Recording shall be continuously carried out as the region receives these amounts. In the case of depositing of the regions ' own funds, this is carried out by 1/12 of each month of the region's annual own financing, cf. Annex 1.
§ 3. The deposited funds shall be released as the expenditure resulting from the final state commitment to the project in question shall be held. The release may take place on a quarterly basis for the expenditure of expenditure on the basis of expected consumption in the quarter.
§ 4. The deposit of deposited funds shall be attributed to the depositing accounts. The interest shall be used and the same conditions for use as the other means.
§ 5. Unspent funds in 2012 can be transferred for the last few years.
§ 6. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July, 2011
