(Harmonisation of transport rebate schemes for educational seekers)

§ 1

Notice no. 804 of 29. July 2008 on the transport rebate to educational seekers in youth education and so on are amended as follows :

1. I § 1 ' The Management Board ' shall be replaced by ' the Board of Education of the Board of Education and the Management Board '.

2. I Section 2 (2). 4, no. 3, pasted as 2. point : ' Where training is to be defined the location where the training seeker or participant participates in the training cycle during the period of rebation. ` ;

5. § 14 ITREAS :
