Ordinance prohibiting imports of animal feed products containing certain seeds and bønner1)
Under section 1, section 2, paragraphs 4 and 5, and article 6, paragraphs 2 and 3, of the law on animal feed, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 418 of 3. May 2011, and under the authority lays down the scope and the overall requirements of the Executive order on:
§ 1. The notice includes the importation into Denmark of certain animal feed products, see. § 3, which originated in Egypt.
§ 2. In this Ordinance shall apply the definitions laid down in European Parliament and Council Regulation No 40/94. 178/2002 of 28. January 2002 laying down the General principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European food safety authority and laying down procedures relating to food safety and in the applicable at any time the Executive order on feed and feed business operators.
Seeds and beans from Egypt
§ 3. It is forbidden to import the products listed below, with the following customs codes: 1) Salatsennepspirer (Arugula sprouts) under the customs code CN 0704 90 90 2) beet root sprouts, radish sprouts, under customs codes CN 0706 90 90 3) leguminous vegetables, shelled or unshelled, fresh or chilled, under customs codes CN 0708 4) pulses, ubælgede and dried, whether or not shelled or broken, under customs codes CN 0713 5) Soybean sprouts, under customs codes CN 0709 90 90 6) soybeans, whether or not broken under the customs code 1201 00 7) sugar beet seeds, under tariff CN code 1209 10 00 8 KN) Lucernefrø (alfalfa), under customs codes CN 1209 21 00 9) vegetable seed, under customs codes CN 1209 91 10) mustard seed for sowing, under customs codes CN 1207 50 10 11) mustard seeds in other cases under customs codes CN 1207 50 90 12) Other oil seeds and oleaginous fruits, whether or not broken, under customs codes CN 1207 99 97 13) fenugreek seed under the customs code CN 0910 99 10 14) alfalfa sprouts, under customs code 1214 90 90 CN Control
§ 4. The Danish plant Directorate for supervision of that feed business operators comply with the provisions of this Ordinance.
(2). The Danish plant Directorate may grant the injunction and bans that are considered necessary to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Ordinance, without prejudice. section 2, paragraph 4, of the law on animal nutrition.
(3). The cost of compliance with injunctions and prohibition incumbent on after § 2, paragraph 5, that the measures are directed against.
§ 5. With fine punished anyone who 1) violates § 3, 2) violates a prohibition issued under section 4, paragraph 2, or 2) fails to comply with an injunction granted under section 4 (2).
(2). That can be imposed on companies, etc. (legal persons) criminal liability in accordance with the provisions of the criminal code 5. Chapter.

§ 6. The notice shall enter into force on 10 June. July 2011.
