Publication of the transport of weapons etc. between countries other than Denmark

Under the terms of Article 7 (a) (a), One and four, and section 10 (4). 3, cf. Law Order no. 704 of 22. June 2009, as amended by law no. 538 of 26. In May 2010, and after negotiating with the Minister for Foreign Affairs, the following shall be :

§ 1. It shall be prohibited to transporting those referred to in paragraph 1. 2 the weapons referred to above, etc. between countries other than Denmark when transport takes place to one of the following countries :

1) Armenia.

2) Azerbaijan.

3) Burma.

4) Congo, the Democratic Republic.

5) Ivory Coast.

6) Eritrea.

7) Guinea.

8) Belarusians.

9) Iraq.

10) Iran.

11) China.

12) Korea, Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North).

13) Lebanon.

14) Liberia.

15) Libya.

16) Rwanda.

17) Sierra Leone.

18) Somalia.

(19) Sudan.

20) South Sudan.

21) Syria.

(22) Zimbabwe.

Paragraph 2. The tents in paragraph 1. 1 and in Article 7 (a) (a) (a), 2, shall include the transport of the section 6 (6) of the arms lawman. The weapons referred to in paragraph 1 and the weapons of hunting and ammunition, with the exception of stables and knives, designed for use in trade, household use or hunting, or by means of sport or sports.

§ 2. With fine, maximum sentence of four months or less than two years, the sentence imposed by insubordinate or gross negligence shall be penalised in accordance with paragraph 1 (1). In the same way, it shall be penalised that violates a condition laid down in a derogation issued pursuant to Article 7 (a) (a) of the arms certificate. 3.

Paragraph 2. Companies can be imposed on companies. (legal persons) punishable by the rules of Chapter 5 of the penal code.

§ 3. The announcement will enter into force on the 23rd. July, 2011.

Paragraph 2. Publication no. 777 of 28. June 2011, on the transport of arms, etc. between countries other than Denmark are repealed.
