Publication of the amendment of the Commission on good agricultural and environmental condition (GLM)

§ 1

Notice no. 1698 of 15. In December 2010 on good agricultural and environmental condition (GLM), the following changes are made :

1. I Section 4 (4). 1, is inserted after 1. Act. :

' In cases where the deadline for breaking in 2011 cannot be adherent to due to exceptional precipitation in 2011, the required braking can be suspended. However, the area must, in any case, be fought within 10 days of the possibility of ferries of ordinary agricultural machinery in the area. ` ;

2. I § 6 pasted as paragraph 2 :

" Stop. 2. In cases where the deadline for fighting in 2011 cannot be observed due to exceptional precipitation in 2011, the required braking can be suspended. However, the area must, in any case, be fought within 10 days of the possibility of ferries of ordinary agricultural machinery in the area. Where typing is replaced by degrazing, the areas shall be used within the same time limit. ` ;

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 4. September, 2011.
