Decree amending the Decree on the regulation of fisheries in 2011 and certain conditions for the fisheries sector in the following years

§ 1

In executive order No. 1443 of 15. December 2010 on the regulation of fisheries in 2011 and certain conditions for the fisheries sector in the following years, as amended by Decree No. 67 of 27. January 2011, Decree No. 438 of 12. May 2011, Decree No. 890 of 15. August 2011 and Decree No. 915 of 22. August 2011, is amended as follows: 1. section 35, shall be replaced by the following: ' section 35. It is not permitted to fish with nets in Kattegat, the Baltic Sea and the belts.

(2). When fishing with trawls, and/or other droning tool in the Kattegat, which shall be carried out with mesh size of 90 mm and larger, the device for vessels with an overall length of 10 meters and above be fitted a selective capture bag of one of the 3 types that are described in annex 13a.

section 2 of the Ordinance shall enter into force on the 15. September 2011.
