Publication of the amendment of the announcement of commercial trade in and breeders of dogs and female pensions and dog-interlocutors

§ 1

Notice no. 1466 of 12. In December 2007, on business trade in and breeders of dogs and dog pens and dog shelters, as amended by publication No 2 ; 993 of 6. October 2008, announcement no. 1340 of 17. December 2009 and procladition no. 130 of 3. In February 2010, the following changes are made :

1. I preamour the following shall be inserted after ' Section 18 (1). 2 ":" and 3 ".

2. After section 29 a is inserted, Chapter 3 :

" Suitable cords

§ 29 b. In the case of sale of hounds, at the latest at the time of the award of the contract, a written passport guide to the buyer shall be provided on the purchaser of sound care and care of the dog.

Paragraph 2. The Passing Guide shall contain at least details of :

1) breed or type,

2) life expeclivior,

3) full-grown size,

4) feeding ;

5) the recommended size and the accommocement of the living areas and any facilities,

6) stimulation and need for exercise,

7) social needs,

8) special care requirements,

9) typical signs of disease or reduced well-being and

10) propagation, juvenating, and any neutralisation.

Paragraph 3. The provisions of paragraph 1. 2, no. In cases where the species or type of dog in question cannot be determined, only use shall be applicable to the extent to which it is possible to provide the information. '

3. I Section 31 (1). 1, in section 6-29 a, ' shall be replaced by ' section 6-29 b `.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January 2013.
