Pursuant to § § 65, paragraph 2, and 66, paragraph 2, of the law on responsibility for and management of active employment efforts, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 731 of 15. June 2010 and section 104 (2) of the Act on an active employment efforts, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 1428 of 14. December 2009, fixed: title I General provisions Chapter 1 section 1 Web services. For the areas where transmission is done via webservice, concluded a connection agreement between the national labour market Board and the controller decreases. 3) contact group 3: Persons covered by the Act on integration of aliens in Denmark §§ 2 and 25.

4) contact group 4: Persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 4, and who receive rehabilitation benefit.

5) contact group 5: Persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 4, and as a participant in a forrevalideringsforløb.

6) contact group 6: Persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 5.7) contact group 7: Persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 7.8) contact group 8: Registered without performance – that is to say, persons who do not receive public support performance and who wish to be registered as a person seeking work.

The municipality has an obligation to record and report information relating to follow-up conversations with people on sick leave incurred by the municipality as well as visitation categories registered by the municipality pursuant to the Act on sickness benefit Chapter 6.

Chapter 7 recording and reporting of conversations about cv held by the municipality and the approval status of your résumé


§ 36. The municipality has an obligation to report information relating to job seekers work and educational background, etc. (cv) in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Act on an active employment efforts, as well as Chapter 5 of the Act on integration of aliens in Denmark. The alert includes the conversation by the municipality pursuant to section 14 of the Act on an active employment efforts and section 26 (a) of the Act on integration of aliens in Denmark must hold, and where it is necessary to ensure that the information which is inlaid in the Jobnet is satisfactory.

§ 41. Data shall be recorded in such a way that data can be transmitted in electronic form to the national labour market authority. Alert to the common data basis is done via the it functionality that is made available by the national labour market authority.

(2). The it functionality, as referred to in paragraph 1 shall be used by taking advantage of the interfaces (Web services), as the national labour market authority has developed, see. sections 1-3.

Chapter 8 Registration and reporting of employment measures for recipients of unemployment benefit as well as employed, etc.

§ 42. The municipality has an obligation to report information relating to employment measures for recipients of unemployment benefit as well as beskæftigedemv. According to the Cape. 10-12 as well as § § 98 c-98 g, 99 and 116 of the Act on an active employment efforts.

section 43. To be recorded and reported information concerning measures for the following persons: 1) Persons covered by section 2, nr. 1, of the Act on an active employment efforts, and 2) persons covered by § § 98 c-98 (g) of the Act on an active employment action (adult learners), 3) employees covered by section 99 of the Act on an active employment efforts.

§ 44. For each measure transmitted the following information: 1) For all measures: identification information for the person taking part in the measure.

2) For all measures: Municipality code for reporting municipality.

3) For all measures: Responsible job centre.

4) For all measures: registering job centre.

5) For all measures: a unique key for each measure (training, wage subsidy employment, etc.).

6) For all measures: starting date for each option.

7) For all measures: end date for each option.

8) For all measures: average weekly hours for each option.

9) For all measures: activation type (economic framework, etc.).

10) job plan: unique key.

11) job plan: date of creation.

12) job plan: date of revision.

13) job plan: employment targets.

14) For business-oriented measures: Jobordreident from Jobnet, if one exists.

§ 45. The data referred to in article 44 shall be continuously recorded electronically in the municipality's administrative systems, so that the records are in accordance with the authorisation and payment information for the persons concerned.

§ 46. The reported data are used by Social Agency's statistical data warehouse, as well as of the common data basis in the national labour market authority, see. sections 58 and 59 of the law on responsibility for and management of active employment efforts.

§ 47. Data shall be recorded in such a way that data can be transmitted in electronic form to the national labour market authority. Alert to the common data basis is done via the it functionality that is made available by the national labour market authority.

(2). The it functionality, as referred to in paragraph 1 shall be used by either 1) to use the browser-based registry entry in the social portal, or 2) to use the interfaces (Web services), as the national labour market authority has developed, see. sections 1-3.

Chapter 9 Registration and reporting of employment measures for non-insured, etc.

section 48. The municipality has an obligation to report information relating to employment measures in accordance with Chapter 10-12, 72 and 75, § § § § 98 c-98 g, as well as section 116 of the Act on an active employment efforts, paragraph 30, and Chapter 6 of the Act on active social policy, Chapter 4 and section 28 (c) of the Act on integration of aliens in Denmark.

(2). The municipality has an obligation to report information relating to reimbursement for personal assistance to persons with disabilities pursuant to the law on compensation to disabled people in professions, etc, see. sections 4, 5 and 14, and section 76, paragraph 4, of the Act on an active employment efforts.

(3). The municipalities are obliged to report information related to support for mentor function pursuant to § § 78-81 of the Act on an active employment efforts.

§ 49. To be recorded and reported information concerning measures for the following persons: 1) Persons covered by section 2, nr. 2-10, of the Act on an active employment efforts, 2) persons covered by § § 98 c-98 (g) of the Act on an active employment action (adult learners), 3) persons with introductory benefit, as a participant in the 3-year-old introductory program, see. Chapter 4 of the Integration Act, 4) persons, which is self-supporting, which receives Danish training or some kind of bid, see. section 16, paragraph 3, and article 23, paragraph 5, of the Integration Act, 5) persons covered by reimbursement for personal assistance for persons with disabilities, in accordance with article 3. sections 4, 5 and 14 of the law on compensation to disabled people in the profession, etc. as well as persons covered by reimbursement for personal assistance, see. section 76, paragraph 4, of the Act on an active employment efforts, 6) persons covered by mentor function for individuals, see. section 80, paragraph 2, 1. sentence, of the Act on an active employment efforts.

§ 50. For each measure transmitted the following information: 1) For all measures: identification information for the person taking part in the measure.

2) For all measures: Municipality code for reporting municipality.

3) For all measures: Measure type with underlying categories.

4) For all measures: starting date for each option.

5) For all measures: end date for each option.

6) For all measures: average weekly hours for each option.

7) For all measures: the main performance for the character of the measure. If there is talk about self-reliance, is applied to this.

8) For all measures: indication of whether we are talking about an open offer, IE. a quote where the activated only gets paid maintenance for the hours, the person has taken part in the offer, and which does not shut down, even though the person is not appearing.

§ 51. The data referred to in section 50 must be continuously recorded electronically in the municipality's administrative systems, so that the records are in accordance with the authorisation and payment information for the persons concerned.

§ 52. The reported data are used by Social Agency's statistical data warehouse, as well as of the common data basis in the national labour market authority, see. sections 58 and 59 of the law on responsibility for and management of active employment efforts.


(2). Data on an individual level is passed on to other public authorities, including Statistics, see. However, paragraph 3.

(3). Data for the categories in section 49 (1) (8). 5 of this Ordinance is not shared.

(4). Data for persons under the age of 18 will be transmitted to the Ministry of common data basis for the purpose of management of law for guidance on training and professions, including control measures, see. section 68 a, paragraph 8, of the law on responsibility for and management of active employment efforts. Provided the following information: URCpr.nr., measure and the start and end date for each measure.

§ 53. Data shall be recorded in such a way that data can be transmitted in electronic form to the national labour market authority. Alert to the common data basis is done via the it functionality that is made available by the national labour market authority.

(2). The it functionality, as referred to in paragraph 1 shall be used by either 1) to use the browser-based registry entry in the social portal, or 2) to use the interfaces (Web services), as the national labour market authority has developed, see. sections 1-3.

Chapter 10 recording and reporting on outcomes. assistive devices § 54. The municipalities have a duty to report information relating to grants for AIDS pursuant to article 74, § § 76-77 and section 100 of the Act on an active employment efforts. Notification concerning grants for assistive devices must not, however, include assistance for short-term courses for persons employed or to be employed in Flex, see. section 74 of the Act on an active employment efforts, and also do not include personal assistance, see. section 76, paragraph 4, of the Act on an active employment efforts.

§ 55. To be recorded and transmitted information on the following devices: 1) educational material.

2) working tools and less risk.

(2). The following information must be recorded and reported per grant distributed on the means referred to in paragraph 1:1) Commune code for reporting municipality.

2) VAT number and P-number at the company, if the company receives the grant.

3) date of approval of the grant for reimbursement.

4) identification information for the person using the means.

section 56. The data referred to in article 55 shall be continuously recorded electronically in the municipality's administrative systems, so that the records are in accordance with the municipality's withdrawal information about AIDS.

§ 57. The reported data are used by Social Agency's statistical data warehouse, as well as of the common data basis in the national labour market authority, see. sections 58 and 59 of the law on responsibility for and management of active employment efforts.

§ 58. Data shall be recorded in such a way that data can be transmitted in electronic form to the national labour market authority. Alert to the common data basis is done via the it functionality that is made available by the national labour market authority.

Chapter 11 Digital communications from job centers for unemployment funds § 59. The job centre has a duty to record and report events and information, which are necessary for the administration of the rules of the institution in the unemployment law on unemployment insurance, etc., see. section 104 of the Act on an active employment efforts and chapter 16 of the Executive order on an active employment efforts.

section 60. To be made recording and reporting on the following persons: 1) contact group 1: Persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 1.2) Members of an unemployment fund, engaged in a Flex job, see. However, paragraph 2.

(2). For members of an unemployment fund, engaged in a Flex job, must only be done recording and reporting under section 62.

section 61. For events, contained in sections 102 to 106, as well as sections 108 and 109 of the ordonnance on an active employment efforts, recording and reporting take place on the same day or no later than the day following that on which the event takes place.

§ 62. For events contained in § 107 of the ordonnance on an active employment efforts are the following: 1) reporting of a quotation beginning must take place at the earliest on the date of the donation and not later than the date of the quote begins.

2) there should be reporting of a quote's termination on the end date for the offer.

3) if in the course of the offer is a change in the start-and end-date or as well as in the average weekly hours, recording and reporting take place on the same day or no later than the day following that on which the change is made to the jobcenterets knowledge.

4) If the job centre after the end date will get information about changes in the start and/or end date, recording and reporting take place on the same day or no later than the day following that on which the change is made to the jobcenterets knowledge.

5) If the job centre after the end date will receive information about the changes in the average weekly hours (for the total sequence) or if a change in the start and/or end date means a change in the average weekly hours (for the whole course), is to be done recording and reporting thereof on the same day or no later than the day following that on which the change is made to the jobcenterets knowledge.

(2). By recording and reporting in accordance with paragraph 1 must indicate the current status of the quote.

section 63. For events covered by sections 61 and 62, the following information must be reported: 1) identification information for that person.

2) Municipality code for reporting municipality.

3) Event date.

4) event type.

5) Possible cause for the incident.

6) any further comment on the incident in free text.

(2). For events concerning persons employed in wage subsidies, which in addition to the information referred to in paragraph 1, shall be reported as follows: 1) identification information for the company.

2) information about the job.

(3). For events covered by § 62, IE. events shown in § 107 of the ordonnance on an active employment efforts, which in addition to the information referred to in paragraph 1, shall be reported as follows: 1) identification information for the company.

2) Current status of the activity.

3) Start and end dates for the activity.

4) average weekly hours for the activity.

section 64. Jobcenterets it system must be configured so that transmission takes place automatically when the actual event or information is recorded correctly in the it system used for the handling of the case.

section 65. The data referred to in section 63 shall be continuously recorded electronically in the municipality's administrative systems, so that the records are in accordance with the authorisation and payment information for the persons concerned.

§ 66. The reported data are used by Social Agency's statistical data warehouse, as well as of the common data basis in the national labour market authority, see. sections 58 and 59 of the law on responsibility for and management of active employment efforts.

(2). Data on an individual level may be communicated to that person's unemployment fund, other public authorities including Statistics.

section 67. Data shall be recorded in such a way that data can be transmitted in electronic form to the national labour market authority. Alert to the common data basis is done via the it functionality that is made available by the national labour market authority.

(2). The it functionality, as referred to in paragraph 1 shall be used by either 1) to use the browser-based registry entry in the social portal, or 2) to use the interfaces (Web services), as the national labour market authority has developed, see. sections 1-3.

Title III



Chapter 12 entry into force and transitional provisions § 68. The notice shall enter into force on 13 November. December 2010, see. However, paragraphs 2 to 6.

(2). Information after chapter 7 must be recorded and collected with effect from 1 January. August 2009. The reports will commence when the technical reporting solution via Web service is releaset.

(3). Information pursuant to section 48 (2) and (3) shall be recorded and transmitted when the municipalities it vendors have made the technical detection solution available by arrangement with the national labour market authority.

(4). Reports submitted pursuant to section 50, nr. 9-12, will commence when the technical solution is updated.

(5). Information in accordance with Chapter 10 is recorded when the technical reporting solution is releaset.

(6). Chapter 11 comes into force when the municipalities and the social agency's it vendors have adapted the existing technical detection and communications solution, but not later than the 9. May 2011.

(7). Executive Order No. 418 of 23. April 2010 concerning the registration and reporting of data in the field of employment for the statistical data warehouse and the common data basis in the national labour market authority is repealed.

The tables in this Annex specifies the reasons for absences, exemptions and periodic conditions that must be recorded and reported for the individual contact groups depending on which match group a person finds himself in.

The legal base for that one person can be the subject of an absence, an exemption or an intermittent relationship exists in the following laws: – law on an active employment efforts.



– Act on active social policy.



– The Act on integration of aliens in Denmark (the Integration Act).
