Section I

General provisions

Chapter 1

Web Services

§ 1. In the case of the areas where the notification is carried out via a web service, an agreement must be made between the Danish Labour Market Agency and the Data Manager. In the Connection Agreement, the Management Agreement establishes the detailed terms of the Web service solution, including the warranty for IT security, interface descriptions, web standards, testing before commissioning, guidelines for notification to Data tilsight, etc.

§ 2. The data controller will conduct all costs for this purpose, including expenses for testing, supporting documentation, support and similar expenses.

Failure to comply with the conditions for connection and the specifics of Web services

§ 3. The FDA may close the data controller's access to registering via web services, cf. § 1, if the data controller does not comply with the conditions for connection and the specifics of Web Services.

Changes and replacement of the administrative systems of the municipality

§ 4. In the case of changes or replacement of the local authority ' s administrative systems, which may have a system value for the data quality, the Business Management Board must be sub-heading within 40 working days before the change is commissioning.

TITLE II

Data Areas

Chapter 2

Registration and reporting of target groups and so on and on-and reporting as working seekers

§ 5. The job center has a duty to record and report information about which persons are covered by the contact groups referred to in section 6.

Paragraph 2. The job center has a duty to record and report information related to-and reporting as a business-seeker.

§ 6. Registration and reporting shall be carried out on the following person ' s persons :

1) Contact Group 1 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 1.

2) Contact Group 2 : Persons covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. Two and three.

3) Contact group 3 : People subject to the integration of foreigners in Denmark § § 2 and 25.

4) Contact Group 4 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 4, and which receive a revalidation service.

5) Contact Group 5 : Persons covered by the Act on Asset Employment Ef2, nr. 4, and which will participate in a revalidation process.

6) Contact Group 6 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Ef2 Section 2, nr. 5.

7) Contact group 7 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 7.

8) Contact group 8 : No service reported-that is, people who do not receive public service provision and who want to be enrolled in a workplace-seeking.

9) Dimitters.

§ 7. Information about which contact group is subject to shall be recorded and reported on the same day as the person shall be covered by the contact group.

Paragraph 2. When a person no longer receives benefit or is no longer subject to one of the products referred to in paragraph 1. The groups referred to above shall be recorded and reported at the latest on the day of the event, that is, the last day the person receives the benefit or is subject to one of the said groups. If the event first comes to the municipality's knowledge after the event date, the registration and reporting date of the job centre shall be made on the date the local authority receives this knowledge.

Paragraph 3. At the first request for assistance in connection with intro, cash and start assistance, the registration will be made in the joint data basis for communicating with the performance centre.

Paragraph 4. If there is a difference between a person's residence municipality and residence municipality, the local authority association must change the regulatory association of the shared data basis.

Paragraph 5. The following information shall be recorded and reported in contact groups :

1) Identification details for the person.

2) Date of registration.

3) Contact group.

4) Start date for the person to be covered by the Contact Group.

5) End date if a person ceaates to be covered by a contact group.

§ 8. The enrollment of a daily allowance shall be registered by the person even digital via the Job network or the person may request the job center or a case to make this registration in the common data basis.

Paragraph 2. The enrollment applicant will be registered by the person even digital via the Job network or the person can request the job center to carry out this registration in the common data basis.

Paragraph 3. The enrollment that receives from cash help, start help, or intro service will be registered and reported by the job center or performance center in the common data basis.

Paragraph 4. For applicants and recipients of cash benefits, initial help or intro-to-change group, the job center shall register for and call for an active employment action.

Paragraph 5. The following information shall be recorded and reported in the context of registration :

1) Identification details for the person.

2) Date of registration.

3) The addition of the formula.

4) Start date for the enrollment.

5) Lediatrist.

6) Job descriptions for jobs that this person is looking for.

Paragraph 6. The following information shall be recorded and reported in connection with a statement :

1) Identification details for the person.

2) Date of dispatch. Enrollment can take place on the registration date and up to 90 days in time.

3) Reason for dispatch.

§ 9. They in section 7, paragraph 1. 5 and 8 (3). The data referred to shall be recorded electronically in the administrative systems of the local authorities so that the registrations are in accordance with the payment and payment information for the persons concerned.

§ 10. The data reported shall be used by the Workmarket-data warehouse of the labour market, together with the joint data warehouse in the Business FDA, cf. sections 58 and 59, in the law on the responsibility and management of the active employment effort.

Paragraph 2. Data on india level is disclosed to other public authorities, including Statistics Denmark.

§ 11. The data shall be recorded in such a way that data can be transmitted in electronic form to the Agency for the Agency for Employment and Social Market Management. The report for the common data basis is done via the IT functionality made available by the Danish Agency for the Agency for the Agency for Employment and Social Services.

Paragraph 2. The IT functionality that has been mentioned in paragraph 1. 1, must be used by either :

1) to use the browser-based registration solution in the Work Market Portal, or

2) use the interfaces (web-servicer) developed in accordance with the work of the Working Market Agency. § § 1-3.

Chapter 3

Registration and reporting match assessment

§ 12. The job center has a duty to record and report information related to job interviews held by the job center and the information about which group a person is subject to, cf. the match and the individual contact sequence for the match.

§ 13. Registration and reporting shall be carried out on the following person ' s persons :

1) Contact Group 1 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 1.

2) Contact Group 2 : Persons covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. Two and three.

3) Contact Group 4 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 4, and which receive a revalidation service.

4) Contact Group 5 : Persons covered by the Act on Asset Employment Ef2, nr. 4, and which will participate in a revalidation process.

5) Contact group 7 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 7.

Paragraph 2. If there is a matching set of persons in Contact Group 3 : People covered by the Act on the integration of foreigners in Denmark § 2 and 25, registration and reporting of information relating to the job interview shall be recorded.

§ 14. For all job interviews, the following information shall be recorded and reported :

1) Identification details for the person.

2) Date of retention of the conversation.

3) The intercom.

4) The agreement between the person and the job center of the continuing contact flow.

5) The result of the match in the form of the match group.

Paragraph 2. The job interview can be recorded and reported 7 days back in time. The Match Group is valid from the date of registration.

§ 15. When requesting assistance and changes to a person's matching group at different times than at a time of the job, the following information is recorded and the following information shall be reported :

1) Identification details for the person.

2) Date of retention of the conversation.

3) The intercom.

4) Any agreements between the person and the job center.

5) The result of the match in the form of the match group.

§ 16. The data referred to in section 14 and 15 shall be regularly recorded electronically in the administrative systems of the local authority so that the registrations are in accordance with the payment and payment information for the persons concerned.

§ 17. The data reported shall be used by the Workmarket-data warehouse of the labour market, together with the joint data warehouse in the Business FDA, cf. sections 58 and 59, in the law on the responsibility and management of the active employment effort.

Paragraph 2. Data on india level is disclosed to other public authorities, including Statistics Denmark.

§ 18. The data shall be recorded in such a way that data can be transmitted in electronic form to the Agency for the Agency for Employment and Social Market Management. The report for the common data basis is done via the IT functionality made available by the Danish Agency for the Agency for the Agency for Employment and Social Services.

Paragraph 2. The IT functionality that has been mentioned in paragraph 1. 1, must be used by either :

1) to use the browser-based registration solution in the Work Market Portal, or

2) use the interfaces (web-servicer) developed in accordance with the work of the Working Market Agency. § § 1-3.

Chapter 4

Registration and reporting of the absence and exemptions etc.

§ 19. The job centre has a duty to record and report information on absentaries and exemptions which are the result of the law on active employment, law on active social policy, law on sickness benefits and the law on the integration of foreigners in Denmark.

Paragraph 2. The job center also has a duty to record and report information about persons employed in senior job.

20. Registration and reporting shall be carried out on the following person ' s persons :

1) Contact Group 1 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 1.

2) Contact Group 2 : Persons covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. Two and three.

3) Contact group 3 : People subject to the integration of foreigners in Denmark § § 2 and 25.

4) Contact Group 4 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 4, and which receive a revalidation service.

5) Contact Group 5 : Persons covered by the Act on Asset Employment Ef2, nr. 4, and which will participate in a revalidation process.

6) Contact Group 6 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Ef2 Section 2, nr. 5.

7) Contact group 7 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 7.

8) Contact group 8 : No service reported-that is, people who do not receive public service provision and who want to be enrolled in a workplace-seeking.

9) Personnel employee of senior job.

§ 21. The reasons for the absence or exemption shall be registered and reported for each of the contact groups in accordance with Annex 1.

Paragraph 2. Registration and reporting shall take place on the same day as the cause of the absence of the local authority's knowledge or approval of the exemption shall take place.

§ 22. The data referred to in Section 21 shall be regularly recorded electronically in the local authority's administrative systems so that the registrations are in accordance with the payment and payment information for the persons concerned.

-23. The data reported shall be used by the Workmarket-data warehouse of the labour market, together with the joint data warehouse in the Business FDA, cf. sections 58 and 59, in the law on the responsibility and management of the active employment effort.

Registration and reporting of calls for conversations, etc.

§ 25. The job center has a duty to record and report information relating to calls for interviews and other individual talks and meetings with the furnip.

SECTION 26. Registration and reporting shall be carried out on the following person ' s persons :

1) Contact Group 1 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 1.

2) Contact Group 2 : Persons covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. Two and three.

3) Contact group 3 : People subject to the integration of foreigners in Denmark § § 2 and 25.

4) Contact Group 4 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 4, and which receive a revalidation service.

5) Contact Group 5 : Persons covered by the Act on Asset Employment Ef2, nr. 4, and which will participate in a revalidation process.

6) Contact Group 6 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Ef2 Section 2, nr. 5.

7) Contact group 7 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 7.

§ 27. The following information shall be recorded and reported on all concitations and shall be reported :

1) Identification details for the person.

2) Date and time of the date of the conversation.

3) The intercom.

4) Conversation type (job interview, follow-up call, etc.).

5) Convertal Site (Location).

6) The person's contact point of contact with the conversation.

Paragraph 2. The call shall be recorded and reported on the same day as the letter of entry being printed or sent to the person.

Paragraph 3. If a call has been convened or convened, a call is being cancelled, moved or otherwise changed, recorded and reported on the same day as being printed or sent to the person by the cancellation or change letter.

§ 28. The data referred to in section 27 must continuously be recorded electronically in the local authority's administrative systems so that the registrations are in accordance with the payment information and payment information for the persons concerned.

Chapter 6

Registration and reporting of follow-up conversations with the sick leave of the municipality and the quotation categories

§ 31. The municipality has a duty to record and report information relating to follow-up interviews with the sick leave of the municipality and the visitation categories registered by the municipality in accordance with the law on sickness benefits Chapter 6.

§ 32. For each subsequent follow-up call, the following information shall be reported :

1) Identification details for the person.

2) Municipality code for reporting municipality.

3) Date of conduct of follow-up conversation.

4) Conversaform.

5) Business category.

Paragraph 2. The municipality also has the opportunity to report agreements relating to the health care follow-up and the evaluation of the need for action by the sick person.

§ 33. The data referred to in Section 32 shall continuously be recorded electronically in the administrative systems of the local authority so that the registrations are in accordance with the payment and payment information for the persons concerned.

§ 34. The data reported shall be used by the Workmarket-data warehouse of the labour market, together with the joint data warehouse in the Business FDA, cf. sections 58 and 59, in the law on the responsibility and management of the active employment effort.

$35. The data shall be recorded in such a way that data can be transmitted in electronic form to the Agency for the Agency for Employment and Social Market Management. The report for the common data basis is done via the IT functionality made available by the Danish Agency for the Agency for the Agency for Employment and Social Services.

Paragraph 2. The IT functionality that has been mentioned in paragraph 1. 1, by using the interfaces (web services) developed by the Danish Agency for Labour, shall be used. § § 1-3.

Chapter 7

Registration and reporting of the cv held by the municipality and the approval status of the certificate shall be registered,

§ 36. The municipality has a duty to report information relating to the working and educational background of the work study and so on. (cv), in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Act on active employment and Chapter 5, in the law on the integration of foreigners in Denmark. The report covers the call by the municipality in accordance with Section 14 of the Act on active employment and Section 26 a of the law on the integration of foreigners in Denmark and ensuring that the information which is admitted to the Job network is : adequate.

§ 37. Information shall be recorded and reported on the following person ' s persons :

1) People who receive cash help or start help by law on active social policy solely on the grounds of unemployment, cf. § 2, nr. 2, in the field of active employment, and

2) persons receiving integration service solely on account of the lettiness of the integration of foreigners in Denmark, sections 2 and 25.

§ 38. For each person, the following information shall be notified :

1) Identification details for the person.

2) Municipality code for reporting municipality.

3) Date of interview.

4) Approval status of the resume.

Paragraph 2. The municipality also has the ability to report contracts with the person on the CD.

§ 39. The data referred to in Section 38 must continuously be recorded electronically in the local authority's administrative systems so that the registrations are in accordance with the payment information and payment information for the persons concerned.

§ 40. The data reported shall be used by the Workmarket-data warehouse of the labour market, together with the joint data warehouse in the Business FDA, cf. sections 58 and 59, in the law on the responsibility and management of the active employment effort.

§ 41. The data shall be recorded in such a way that data can be transmitted in electronic form to the Agency for the Agency for Employment and Social Market Management. The report for the common data basis is done via the IT functionality made available by the Danish Agency for the Agency for the Agency for Employment and Social Services.

Paragraph 2. The IT functionality that has been mentioned in paragraph 1. 1, by using the interfaces (web services) developed by the Danish Agency for Labour, shall be used. § § 1-3.

Chapter 8

Registration and reporting of employment measures for the recipients of unemployment benefits, as well as employed people, etc.

§ 42. The municipality has a duty to report information relating to employment measures for the recipients of unemployment benefits and employment issues, in accordance with Cape. 10-12 and § 98 c-98 grams, 99 and 116 of the Act on active employment.

§ 43. Information shall be recorded and reported for the following person ' s activities :

1) People covered by § 2, nr. 1, in the law of active employment, and

2) persons covered by § § 98 c-98 g in the Act of active employment (adult pupils),

3) employed in section 99 in the law on an active employment effort.

§ 44. For each measure, the following information shall be reported :

1) For all measures : Identification information for the person participating in the measure.

2) For all measures : Municipality of reporting municipality.

3) For all measures : Responsible job center.

4) For all measures, the registration of the employment centre.

5) For all measures, Unique Key of the individual measure (course, wage grant penalty etc.).

6) For all measures : the start date of the individual measure.

7) For all measures, the final date of each measure.

8) For all measures : average weekly hourly rate for each measure.

9) For all measures : Activation type (economic framework and m.v.).

10) For jobplan, unik key.

11) For Job Plan : Date of creation.

12) For Job Plan : Date of revision.

13) For jobplan : employment goals.

14) For company-oriented measures, Job Order ident from Job Network, if such exists.

15) For company-oriented measures : type of business order type (s).

16) For company-oriented measures : The activity provider for CVR and P number.

17) In the case of recruitment with wage subsidy in governmental institutions : a ministerial area.

18) For company-oriented measures, the job description of the measure is participating in.

(19) For audience path : Course type (detenement category).

20) For audience path : CVR number and P-number of the company that provides the activity.

21) For audience path : Hold ID.

§ 45. The data referred to in Section 44 shall be continuously recorded electronically in the local authority's administrative systems so that the registrations are in accordance with the payment and payment information for the persons concerned.

§ 46. The data reported shall be used by the Workmarket-data warehouse of the labour market, together with the joint data warehouse in the Business FDA, cf. sections 58 and 59, in the law on the responsibility and management of the active employment effort.

§ 47. The data shall be recorded in such a way that data can be transmitted in electronic form to the Agency for the Agency for Employment and Social Market Management. Chapter 9

Registration and reporting of employment measures for non-insured, etc.

§ 48. The municipality has a duty to report information relating to employment measures in accordance with Chapter 10-12, sections 72 and 75, § § 98 c-98 g, as well as section 116 of the Act on active employment policy, section 30 and Chapter 6 of the Act on active social policy ; Chapter 4 and Section 28 c of the law on the integration of foreigners in Denmark.

Paragraph 2. The municipality has a duty to report information relating to personal assistance to persons with disabilities in accordance with the Act of Compensate compensation for the disabled in profession, cf. sections 4, 5 and 14 and section 76 (4). 4, in the law on active employment.

Paragraph 3. The Municipalities have a duty to report information relating to support for the mentoring operation under section 78 to 81 of the active employment service.

§ 49. Information shall be recorded and reported for the following person ' s activities :

1) People covered by § 2, nr. 2-10, in the law of active employment,

2) persons covered by § § 98 c-98 g in the Act of active employment (adult pupils),

3) people with intro to an introduction into the 3-year introduction, cf. Chapter 4 of the Integration Act,

4) persons who are self-supporting who receive Danish or other forms of offer, cf. section 16 (4). 3, and section 23 (4). 5, in the integration bill,

5) Persons covered by grants for personal assistance to persons with disabilities, cf. sections 4, 5 and 14 of the right to compensation for the disabled in professions, etc., and persons covered by grants for personal assistance, cf. Section 76 (2). 4, in the law of active employment,

6) persons covered by the mentoring of individuals, cf. § 80, paragraph. TWO, ONE. period, in the law of active employment.

$50. For each measure, the following information shall be reported :

1) For all measures : Identification information for the person participating in the measure.

2) For all measures : Municipality of reporting municipality.

3) For all measures : measure type with underlying categories.

4) For all measures : the start date of the individual measure.

5) For all measures, the final date of each measure.

6) For all measures : average weekly hourly rate for each measure.

7) For all measures : the main event of the person in the measure. If there is a sense of self-procsion, this is applied.

8) For all measures, the indication that this is an open tender, that is to say, the open tender. an offer in which the only enabled service shall be paid for the hours that the person has participated in the tender and which is not closed even if the person does not show.

9) For jobplan, unik key.

10) For Job Plan : Date of creation.

11) For Job Plan : Date of revision.

12) For jobplan : employment goals.

13) For business-oriented measures : Stedcode for where the measure takes place.

§ 51. The data referred to in section 50 must continuously be recorded electronically in the local authority's administrative systems so that the registrations are in accordance with the payment information and payment information for the persons concerned.

§ 52. The data reported shall be used by the Workmarket-data warehouse of the labour market, together with the joint data warehouse in the Business FDA, cf. sections 58 and 59, in the law on the responsibility and management of the active employment effort.

Paragraph 2. Data on india level is disclosed to other public authorities, including Statistics Denmark, cf. however, paragraph 1 3.

Paragraph 3. Data for the person group in section 49 (4). 1, no. The 5 of this notice shall not be disclosed.

Paragraph 4. Data for persons under the age of 18 is disclosed to the Education Ministry's joint data basis for the purposes of managing the law on training and business guidance, including inspection measures, cf. § 68 a, paragraph 1. 8, in the law on the responsibility and management of the active employment effort. The following information is disclosed : Cpr.No, measure, and the start and end dates of the individual measures.

§ 53. The data shall be recorded in such a way that data can be transmitted in electronic form to the Agency for the Agency for Employment and Social Market Management. The report for the common data basis is done via the IT functionality made available by the Danish Agency for the Agency for the Agency for Employment and Social Services.

Paragraph 2. The IT functionality that has been mentioned in paragraph 1. 1, must be used by either :

1) to use the browser-based registration solution in the Work Market Portal, or

2) use the interfaces (web-servicer) developed in accordance with the work of the Working Market Agency. § § 1-3.

Chapter 10

Registration and reporting auxiliary means,

§ 54. The local authorities have a duty to report information relating to grants for aid under section 74, section 76-77 and section 100 in the Act of Active Action for Employment. However, the report on grants to aids shall not include assistance for short-term training for persons employed or who are to be employed in the flex job, cf. Section 74 of the Act of Active Employment, and will not include personal assistance, cf. Section 76 (2). 4, in the law on active employment.

§ 55. Information shall be recorded and reported on the following remedies :

1) Edudestrian material.

2) Work tools and small workings.

Paragraph 2. The following information shall be recorded and reported by the following information. grants allocated to the aid referred to in paragraph 1. 1 :

1) Municipality code for reporting municipality.

2) CVR number and P-number on the company if it is the company that receives the subsidy.

3) Date of authorization for grants to grants.

4) Identification details for the person using the help funds.

§ 56. The data referred to in Section 55 shall be regularly recorded electronically in the local authority's administrative systems so that the registrations are in accordance with the municipality's payment information on auxiliary funds.

§ 57. The data reported shall be used by the Workmarket-data warehouse of the labour market, together with the joint data warehouse in the Business FDA, cf. sections 58 and 59, in the law on the responsibility and management of the active employment effort.

§ 58. The data shall be recorded in such a way that data can be transmitted in electronic form to the Agency for the Agency for Employment and Social Market Management. The report for the common data basis is done via the IT functionality made available by the Danish Agency for the Agency for the Agency for Employment and Social Services.

Chapter 11

Digital communication from job centres to unemployment boxes

$59. The job center has a duty to record and report events and information necessary for the management of the rules of unemployment in the law on unemployment insurance and so on, cf. Section 104 of the Act on active employment and chapter 16 in the announcement of an active employment service.

§ 60. Registration and reporting shall be carried out on the following person ' s persons :

1) Contact Group 1 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 1.

2) Members of an unemployment rate, which is placed in a flex job, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. For members of an unemployment rate, which is placed in a flex job, the registration and reporting shall be recorded only after paragraph 62.

§ 61. For incidents that are specified in section 102 to 106 as well as section 108 and 109 in the announcement of active employment action, registration and reporting shall be recorded on the same day or not later than the day after the event has taken place.

§ 62. For occurrences shown in section 107 of the active employment service, the following shall apply :

1) The opening of an offer at the earliest date must be at the earliest date on the date of submission and at the latest on the date of the start of the tender.

2) A quote must be made of an end date of the tender end date.

3) If there in the course of the tender changes in the start and end date of the offer and in the average weekly hourly rate, registration and reporting must occur on the same day or not later than the day after the change has been made to the knowledge of the job centre.

4) If the job center after end date be informed of changes in the start and / or final date of the offer, shall be recorded on the same day or not later than the day after the change has been made to the knowledge of the job centre.

5) If the job center after end date obtain information about changes in the average weekly hour (for the overall flow) or if a change to the start and / or the end date means a change in the average weekly hour (for the overall course), the registration must be recorded ; and report on the same day or no later than the day after that the change has been made to the knowledge of the job centre.

Paragraph 2. Registration and reporting in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 must show the current status of the tender.

§ 63. For incidents covered by § § 61 and 62, the following information shall be reported :

1) Identification details for the person.

2) Municipality code for reporting municipality.

3) The event date.

4) The event type.

5) Possible cause of the event.

6) Any detailed comment on the event in a free text.

Paragraph 2. In the case of persons employed in pay grants, the information referred to in paragraph 1 shall be given in addition to the information provided for. 1, the following shall be reported :

1) Identification details for the company.

2) Information about the job.

Paragraph 3. For occurrences covered by section 62, i.e. events indicated in section 107 of the notice of active employment activities must also be provided for in accordance with paragraph 1. 1, the following shall be reported :

1) Identification details for the company.

2) Current status of the activity.

3) Start and end date of the activity.

4) Average weekly hourly rate for the activity.

§ 64. The job centre ' s IT system must be designed in such a way as to automatically take place when the actual event or entry is correctly recorded in the IT system that is used for the case processing.

§ 65. The data referred to in section 63 shall be recorded electronically in the administrative systems of the local authorities so that the registrations are in accordance with the payment and payment information for the persons concerned.

§ 66. The data reported shall be used by the Workmarket-data warehouse of the labour market, together with the joint data warehouse in the Business FDA, cf. sections 58 and 59, in the law on the responsibility and management of the active employment effort.

Paragraph 2. Data on india level is disclosed to the unemployment rate of the person concerned, other public authorities, including Statistics Denmark.

§ 67. The data shall be recorded in such a way that data can be transmitted in electronic form to the Agency for the Agency for Employment and Social Market Management. The report for the common data basis is done via the IT functionality made available by the Danish Agency for the Agency for the Agency for Employment and Social Services.

Paragraph 2. The IT functionality that has been mentioned in paragraph 1. 1, must be used by either :

1) to use the browser-based registration solution in the Work Market Portal, or

2) use the interfaces (web-servicer) developed in accordance with the work of the Working Market Agency. § § 1-3.

TITLE III

Chapter 12

Entry into force and transitional provisions

§ 68. The announcement shall enter into force on 13. December 2010, cf. however, paragraph 1 2-6.

Paragraph 2. The information provided for in Chapter 7 shall be recorded and collected with effect from 1. August 2009. The reports start when the technical reporting solution via web service is the release.

Paragraph 3. Information after paragraph 48 (3). 2 and 3 shall be recorded and reported when the local authorities ' IT suppliers have made the technical registration solution available to date by agreement with the Danish Agency for Labour Market Management.

Paragraph 4. Reports after $50, no. 9-12, commencing when the technical solution has been updated.

Paragraph 5. The information provided for in Chapter 10 shall be recorded when the technical reporting solution is the release.

Paragraph 6. Chapter 11 shall enter into force when the local authorities and labour market management ' s IT suppliers have adapted to the existing technical registration and communication solution, but not later than 9. May 2011.

Paragraph 7. Publication no. 418 of 23. April 2010 on registration and reporting of data in the field of employment for the statistical data warehouse and the joint data warehouse in the Danish Labour Market Agency shall be repealed.
