Law on the amendment of the use of the ChristianiaArea

(Amendment of the auditing clause, etc.)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

Law no. 399 of the seventh. June 1989 on the use of the ChristianiaArea, as amended by law no. 431 of 9. June 2004 shall be amended as follows :

1. Section 11 (1). 1, no. 1, ITREAS :

" 1) Without the Secretary of Defense's permission, they shall do so in section 3 (3). The actions of 2 and 3,

§ 2

Law no. 431 of 9. June 2004 amending the Law on the use of the ChristianiaArea. (Changed purpose and ownership of the area, etc.) is amended as follows :

1. I § 3 changes "2010-2011" to : "2011-2012".

§ 3

The law shall enter into force on 1. January, 2011.
