Notice on deposit at the time of registration of radio frequencies and whether the national IT and Telecom Agency's fees in 2011
Pursuant to § 8, paragraph 4, and section 51, paragraph 1, of the lov nr. 475 of 12. June 2009 on radio frequencies shall be laid down: Deposit for registration of radio frequencies
§ 1. Applications on the basis of the registration of radio frequencies, in accordance with article 3. § 8, paragraph 2, must be accompanied by evidence that the applicant has paid the deposit on a blocked account with a financial institution or has lodged a bank guarantee on the future bore amount determined, see. § 8, paragraph 4. Documentation must be national IT and Telecom Agency not later than at the expiration of the time limit laid down in the bore, see. § 8, paragraph 3, nr. 2, in accordance with the particulars set out in the above call.
(2). Deposit or bank guarantee must be conditional, in accordance with the particulars set out in the above call.
(3). The size of the deposit or the bank guarantee referred to in paragraph 1 is an amount equal to the annual frequency fee, see. § 50, for an authorisation to use radio frequencies, which are covered by forward bore, however, minimum 50,000 kr.
§ 2. Shall be issued in accordance with section 7 (1), permit to the applicant for the use of radio frequencies, which are covered by forward bore, there shall be paid to the national IT and Telecom Agency after submission of invoice an amount equal to the annual frequency fee to be paid for the permit in the current calendar year. The invoice is sent in accordance with the indications for setting the clause for that future registration, see. section 1, paragraph 2, to either the applicant or the financial institution in which the deposit is deposited, or which are backed by a bank guarantee.
(2). A paid deposit or a bank guarantee shall be released to the applicant after the end of the lysningens, if the applicant does not comply with article 7, paragraph 1, is granted authorisation to use radio frequencies that are the subject of above the bore.
§ 3. For samples in amateur radio and amateur satellite service and the issuing of copies of certificates paid a fee in the following amount: 1) amateur radio try: 493 kr per sample.
2) copy of certificate: 84 € per copy.
(2). For the issue of individual call signal to the users of radio frequencies is paid a fee in the following amount: 1) issue of a callsign in the aviation radio services: 345 us $.
2) Issuance of call sign of radio amateur area: 345 us $.

§ 4. The notice shall enter into force on the 1. January 2011.
(2). Executive Order No. 1432 of 19. December 2008 on the national IT and Telecom Agency's fees in 2009 is repealed.
