Publication of the amendment to the Eco-condiment Executive Order

§ 1

Notice no. 590 of 8. June 2007 on environmental benefits, as amended by Notice No 898 of 11. July 2007, proclame no. 1574 of 28. December 2007, proclame no. 27 of 25. January 2008, announcement no. 37 of 29. January 2008, announcement no. 886 of 5. September 2008, announcement no. 63 of 30. 1 January 2009 and Notice no. 74 of 2. In February 2009, the following changes are made :

1. Section 15 (3). 7, revoked.

2. I § 25, paragraph. 1, no. 2, the following shall be inserted after ' the areas ' shall mean : ' and drawing up the area of the cut-off area of the marking to which the year in question is applied for single payment applications `.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. February, 2010.
