Publication of the transportation of weapons etc. between third countries

Under the terms of Article 7 (a) (a), One and four, and section 10 (4). 3, cf. Law Order no. 704 of 22. In June 2009, the following shall be :

§ 1. It shall be prohibited to transporting those referred to in paragraph 1. 2 the weapons referred to above, between third countries, when transport is carried out to one of the following countries :

1) Armenia.

2) Azerbaijan.

3) Burma.

4) Congo, the Democratic Republic.

5) Ivory Coast.

6) Eritrea.

7) Guinea.

8) Iraq.

9) Iran.

10) China.

11) Korea, Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North).

12) Lebanon.

13) Liberia.

14) Rwanda.

15) Sierra Leone.

16) Somalia.

17) Sudan.

18) Zimbabwe.

Paragraph 2. The tents in paragraph 1. 1 and in Article 7 (a) (a) (a), 2, shall include the transport of the section 6 (6) of the arms lawman. The weapons referred to in paragraph 1 and the weapons of hunting and ammunition, with the exception of stables and knives, designed for use in trade, household use or hunting, or by means of sport or sports.

§ 2. With fine, maximum sentence of four months or less than two years, the sentence imposed by insubordinate or gross negligence shall be penalised in accordance with paragraph 1 (1). 1.

Paragraph 2. Companies can be imposed on companies. (legal persons) punishable by the rules of Chapter 5 of the penal code.

§ 3. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. February, 2010.

Paragraph 2. Publication no. 1471 by 21. In December 2009, on the transport of arms, etc. between third countries are repealed.
