Publication of the amendment of the notification of grants to the carriage of labour by labour market training and individual subjects engaged in a common competence description

§ 1

Notice no. 556 of 8. In June 2009 on the grant of carriage of goods by participation in labour market training and individual subjects engaged in a joint competence description, the following changes shall be made :

2. I § 1, stk.1, inserted after ' 24 kilometres ` shall be inserted : `, as cf. however, paragraph 1 8 ".

3. I § 1 pasted as paragraph 8 :

" Stop. 8. Participants who have been granted access to labour market training and individual subjects engaged in a common competence description pursuant to section 10 (a) (1) (1). 3, in the law of labour market training m. In so doing, the grant of aid to cover the transport of expenditure shall not be entitled to carry out the provision of such notice. `

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 12th. February 2010 and has effect on participants accepted pursuant to section 10 (a) (1). 3, in the case of labour market training, the date or later.
