Law on the amendment of company law and the rule of amendment of the annual accounting law, law on financial activities and various other laws

(Amendment of the provisions on entry into force)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

Law no. 470 of 12. June 2009 on the activities of shares of stock and liability (company law) is hereby amended as follows :

1. I Section 367 (3). 4, ' § 143 and § 172, ` shall be replaced by ' section 143, section 172 and Clause 372, paragraph 1. 1, "

2. I § 372 (2) 1, is inserted after 2. Act. :

" The Minister may, in particular, subject to rules that derogate from the provisions of the law, which require the adaptation of the IT system of the Commervices and Corporate Management System in the case of registration and disclosure, pending the necessary adaptations of the operation of the Community and the Liaine of the Company ; The IT system is terminated. "

§ 2

Law no. 516 of 12. June 2009 amending the annual accounting law, law on financial activities and various other laws. (Changes as a result of company law), as amended by Section 3 of Law No 1273 of 16. In December 2009 and section 15 of the Act of Law No 1278 of 16. § 3

Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on the day following the announcement in the law.

Paragraph 2. The Act of Section 1 does not apply to Greenland and Faroe Islands, but can, by means of a royal device, be put into force for Greenland, with the deviations from which Greenland's conditions are applied.

Paragraph 3. The Section 2 of the Law does not apply to Greenland and Faroe Islands, but can, by means of a king, power the Greenland and the Faroe Islands with the deviations that Greenland and Ferry have been saying.
