Under Section 1 of law no. 319 of 16. May 1990 on the subject of access to higher education and section 8 (4). Paragraph 1, paragraph 9, paragraph 9. Article 34 (3) and Article 34 (3). 1, in the case of universities (university law), cf. Law Order no. 985 of 21. Oct in October 2009 :

Chapter 1

Area

§ 1. The announcement relates to access requirements, admission, entry, special guidance and leave at the degree of undergraduate studies in accordance with the provisions of the degree to which the studies are due. The university law.

Chapter 2

Access requirements

§ 2. Access to a undergraduate degree implies a high school education, cf. paragraph 2, as well as specific access requirements, cf. § 3.

Paragraph 2. The following high school education is forgiving :

1) Student Exams (stx).

2) Higher preparation time but (hf).

3) Higher trade sayers (hhx).

4) Higher technical degree (htx).

5) Fargo student diploma, Greenland high school education (GGS GED), ferocious higher preparation of the high degree of commerce, the vocational high school education for the higher commercial degree from Greenland, ferocious technical exams ; vocational secondary education to a higher technical degree from Greenland and the degree from the Duborg School and A.P. Møller School.

6) Gymnasial ingrates for foreign languages (GIF).

7) Danish / French Baccalauréat (DFB), European Baccalauréat (EB), International Baccalaureate (IB) or Option International du Baccalauréate (OIB).

§ 3. In addition, access to a undergraduate training requires specific access requirements which are specified high schools respectively of A, B or C level respectively, cf. the rules governing high school education and, where appropriate, a practical sample of the following rules established by the university. The specific access requirements are established by the Ministry of Science, Technologies and Development from the universities, cf. Annex 1 to the notice.

Paragraph 2. The university and City Department Management Board shall publish changes to the specific admission requirements of the Education Ministry's accession track at www.optagelse.dk, at least two years before they have their effect. The same applies to new specific access requirements to undergraduations, where such a requirement has not previously been laid down in the past.

Paragraph 3. When a subject is predetermined at a given level, cf. paragraph 1, the applicant must have complied with the bounds of this or a higher level in accordance with the rules concerning the character of the report in the secondary school concerned. If several grades are made, the requirement shall be fulfilled if the weighted average following the rules of the relevant training is at least 2,0. The requirement can't be fulfilled by insurgency.

§ 4. In addition, access to a undergraduate degree may make it possible that high school education has been passed with a specific degree, as a minimum, or that a class has been passed, cf. Section 3, paragraph 3. 3, with a specific minimum character, which is higher than the character 2.0. Grain requirement is set by the university.

Paragraph 2. The decision of the university establishing character requirements and amendments thereto shall be communicated to the College and Facilities Management Board publishing the claim to the Ministry of Education ' s accession track on the Internet address www.optagelse.dk. the requirements and the cuts in these terms must be winged with at least two years before they have their effect.

§ 5. The university may record applicants for a undergraduate degree, even though the conditions laid down in section 3 and section 4 have not been complied with in the application period, cf. however, paragraph 1 2. The inclusion is conditional upon the applicant following the examination of the university before the study of study or immediately, satisfies the access requirements or complementary to a level which, after the assessment of the university, can be treated as equivalent ; the access requirements.

Paragraph 2. The university may, in the event of expected substantial access limitation, determine the subject of conditional inclusion in accordance with paragraph 1. One cannot take place. The decision by the university on this subject must be published at the university's website at least 1 years before the decision takes effect and the College and Construction Management Board shall be informed of this.

§ 6. If the applicant has passed secondary secondary school education, the first entranced training shall be given for reason when the average average is either part of the access requirement or used as a selection criterion.

Paragraph 2. The university can dispensers from paragraph 1. 1 if there are any unusual circumstances.

§ 7. The university may permit applicants to apply to undergraduate undergraduate training on a basis other than the required access requirements, cf. section 2 and section 3 if the applicant has professional qualifications to be treated as such and the university estimates that the applicant will be able to complete the training.

Paragraph 2. Authorisation pursuant to paragraph 1. 1 may be conditional upon the applicant by the applicant at the latest, before the date of study, consists of a qualification test or through another type of individual assessment, documents necessary to the extent necessary.

Paragraph 3. Decision pursuant to paragraph 1. 1 and 2 shall cover only the degree in question at the university in question.

§ 8. Access to a master's education requires appropriate undergraduate training, cf. § 1, or other relevant Danish or foreign training at the same level. Access requirements for the individual candidate training are shown in the education system of training courses.

Paragraph 2. The university may derogate from the provision in paragraph 1. 1 for students who are preoccupied and registered in a study of undergraduates, if there are special circumstances, and when the university considers that students have professional qualifications to implement and pass undergraduate studies and, at the same time, conduct class / professional elements in candidate education. However, the university can no more than register students for subjects and tests of up to 30 ECTS-points on candidate education. The university can't record students in candidate education until undergraduate studies have been completed and passed.

Paragraph 3. The university may record applicants on a candidate's education on a basis other than the requirements laid down in paragraph 1. 1 if the applicant has professional qualifications which may be placed on the side, and the university considers that the applicant will be able to complete the training. The university may stipulate that the applicant must submit additional tests at the latest before the date specified for the study type.

§ 9. The university may require foreign applicants or candidates with a foreign access basis not later than before the date of study of the study in Danish or has documented similar knowledge in Danish.

Paragraph 2. The university may require the Study Test in Danish to be at least a minimum, or that individual or all of the partial samples have been passed with a specific minimum character that is higher than the character 02.

Paragraph 3. The university may decide that the requirement for Danish A on access to the undergraduate education, cf. Annex 1 may be replaced by the Study Test in Danish and so forth in accordance with paragraph 1. One and two.

Paragraph 4. Competeeability requirements, including when the Study test in Danish and so on shall be recorded, must be recorded in the university's website. The display of requirements for Danish knowledge shall be winged by two years before they have their effect. The same applies to training, where there has been no prior call for Danish knowledge.

§ 10. If an education or essential part of this is offered in English, the applicant shall, by the time laid down for the study of study, document knowledge in English corresponding to at least English B level. The university may stipulate that applicants must also have a special planned test.

Paragraph 2. The university can decide that an applicant who does not have an English B does not have access to the undergraduate education, cf. Annex 1 may, instead, consist of one of the university specially organized test.

Paragraph 3. Requirements for English knowledge, including when these must be documented and what requirements are made for foreign tests, must appear on the university's website. Purpses of requirements for English knowledge shall be winged by two years before they have effect. The same applies to training, where there has been no prior demand for English knowledge in the past.

§ 11. In the case of access to the provisions of this Chapter, the rules laid down in this Chapter shall be subject to the rules laid down in this Chapter, unless otherwise followed by other rules.

Chapter 3

Recording and absorption capacity

§ 12. The College shall decide on the admission of each applicant for the rules laid down in this notice.

§ 13. The university itself determines the rules of a free intake in accordance with the rules. paragraph 2 how many students it will record on the individual undergraduate and candidate training, cf. however, section 14, unless the Ministry provides for an annual maximum capacity for the absorption capacity, cf. The university law.

Paragraph 2. In the course of training, the university shall establish the capacity for absorption capacity, taking into account the possibility of providing a sound research-based training with qualifying teachers and sufficient building capacity. The university must take into account the fact that the absorption rate is in line with the social needs of society in the field in question.

§ 14. A passed undergrad at a university gives the right to take, cf. § 8 (3) ONE, TWO. pkton, on the candidate's training, which is the supernatural superstructure of undergraduate studies in the area of undergraduate training, at the same university, in the direct extension of the graduated undergraduate training, cf. however, section 15.

Paragraph 2. The university is set out in the study arrangements for the individual candidate education, which undergraduates at the university giving the right to take part in accordance with paragraph 1. In addition, it is set out in the study arrangements for the individual candidate education, which undergraduate studies at the university and other universities, which, incidentally, provide access to the candidate's education, cf. § 8 (3) 1.

Paragraph 3. Rules laid down in accordance with paragraph 1. TWO, TWO. PC must not rule out that undergrad students with undergraduate training, cf. Section 1, from another university can be admitted to candidate education. Universities must jointly ensure that students in undergraduate education are briefed on the options for selecting appropriate candidate education in their own and other universities.

§ 15. Applicants that have completed a candidate's education can only be accepted on a graduate or a candidate's training if there are any seats available. The same applies to applicants who have previously been written on a higher education without having acquired the final examination.

Paragraph 2. The university can dispensers from paragraph 1. 1 if there are any unusual circumstances.

Bachelor training intake

§ 16. Study places for undergraduate training, cf. Section 13 (1). 1, split in quota 1 and quota 2 and may also be divided into quota 3. Quota 1 may be split into quota 1a and quota 1b. Each of the undergraduations must be divided into quota 1a and quota 2. The European College and Building Management Board shall fix the size of the quota each year, including any split into quota 1a and quota 1b and the classification of quota 3, according to the suspension of the university.

Paragraph 2. Quota 3 can only be created for undergraduations available in English.

Paragraph 3. Overcoming seats from quota 2 and 3, cf. § 21 and § 22, is transferred to quota 1.

Paragraph 4. The University and Construction Management Board can accept that the university of certain undergraduations uses a different recording system than the quota system.

Paragraph 5. The university shall publish the allocation of the school grounds according to paragraph 1. 1 and a possible other recording system pursuant to paragraph 1. Four on his website.

§ 17. The studies places in the quota of 1a are allocated according to decreasing absorption quota, cf. paragraph 2, applicants with access exams, cf. Section 2 (2). 2, no. 1-8, except for applicants with foreign access exams which cannot be converted into a recording quota, cf. Section 21 (1). 1, no. 4.

Paragraph 2. The acceptance quota is the average according to the evidence of the adjusting degree adjusted in accordance with the rules of section 18 or the degree averaged by a converted foreign exams, cf. However, § 42.

Paragraph 3. If exceptional circumstances are available, the university may be dispensers from the rules laid down in paragraph 1. 1.

§ 18. An applicant with an access training, cf. Section 2 (2). 2, no. 1-4, which has ended up to two years before the application wound, cf. however, paragraph 1 4, will adjust its SAT average, cf. paragraph 3 if it is to be used as a selection criterion, cf. § 17. The date of termination of the granting of access training shall be the date on which the diploma has been issued.

Paragraph 2. If the applicant has passed several high school examinations, only the graduated examination may be used as the basis for adjusting the following paragraph. 1.

Paragraph 3. The adjustment of the degree in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 is multiplied by multiplying the grade average, cf. § 42, by 1.08. The average is calculated with one decimal place.

Paragraph 4. The university extension two-year timed out in accordance with paragraph 1. 1, cf. Section 45 (3). 2 if the applicant has been prevented from starting an education because of the following conditions :

1) Obligation service, including service on a host-level playing field.

2) Training for the purposes of the international operations carried out in the course of the defence operations.

3) Adoption or maternity leave.

4) Longer disease.

5) Insulting the nutrient, which is disabled, seriously ill or dying.

Paragraph 5. Extend after paragraph 1 4 is provided with full application year. An applicant may, however, be able to have a maximum of 4 years of free extension. It is the responsibility of the applicant to demonstrate to the university that the condition of the exemption has been fulfilled.

Paragraph 6. An applicant with an access training, cf. Section 2 (2). 2, no. 5, 7 and 8, when the result can be converted into an admission quota, adjusted the quota, if it is to be used as a selection criterion, in accordance with the rules laid down in paragraph 1. 1-5. An applicant who may decide for himself the time of the end of the access training shall be adjusted only on the average of his diploma if the training and the associated tests have been completed within a period corresponding to the one which is to be carried out ; normal or normal training for the training in question. § 19. Quota-quota seats in quota 1b are awarded after declining admissions quota applicants with an access degree, cf. Section 2 (2). 2, no. 1-4, which meet the conditions for inclusion in quota 1a, but which have not been able to be included in this quota.

Paragraph 2. The acceptance of the vote according to paragraph 1. 1 shall be calculated as the average of 4 written degrees in the high school education, calculated with one decimal place, cf. no. 1-4, in conjunction with the high average calculated in accordance with section 17 (3). 2 :

1) For applicants with a student exam, cf. Section 2 (2). 2, no. 1, enter Danish, an additional subject of A-level, English as well as the guidance for the study.

2) For applicants with a higher preparation of preparation, cf. Section 2 (2). 2, no. In English, English, mathematics, and the major written assignment.

3) For applicants with a higher level of trade, cf. Section 2 (2). 2, no. 3, enter Danish, an additional subject of A-level, English as well as the guidance for the study.

4) For applicants with a higher technical examination, cf. Section 2 (2). 2, no. The fourth is a Danish, mathematics, English, and technology.

Paragraph 3. For applicants with a number of A-level classes, in addition to Danish and, where appropriate, English, cf. paragraph 2, no. 1 and 3, the nature of the A-level subject in which the highest grade has been achieved. For applicants who are subject to a higher level than that required in the relevant secondary school, the character of the grading in the higher level, cf. paragraph 2, no. One, two and four.

Paragraph 4. An applicant with an access training, cf. Section 2 (2). 2, no. 5, 7 and 8, when the result can be converted into an admission quota, corrected the quota, if it is to be used as a selection criterion, in accordance with the rules laid down in paragraph 1. 2. The requirement for Danish may be replaced by the applicant ' s mother tongue at A level or equivalent level. However, this does not apply to cases where the university has guaranteed admission to a specific quotient or committed to a later recording with a specific quota.

§ 21. The studies seats in quota 2 shall be assigned according to rules laid down by the university to :

1) Applicants that meet the access requirements for the training, cf. Section 2 (2). 2, sections 3 and section 4, but which do not have sufficient quotient to be absorbable in quota 1a and 1b.

2) Applicants who do not have an exforce-for-giving degree, cf. Section 2 (2). 2, but which satisfies alternative access requirements to the training concerned.

3) Applicants who do not have a degree of acceding but have qualifications which may be placed on the same footing, cf. § 7.

4) Applicants with a foreign forgiving degree, cf. Section 2 (2). 4 but which cannot be converted into an admissions quota in quota 1 unless the persons concerned must apply quota 3, cf. § 22.

Paragraph 2. The school seats in quota 2 are allocated to a specific assessment of the applicants. The university is published on its website on which objective criteria can be included in the assessment of the individual applicant. If business work is included in the assessment, the host service is placed on the same footing as it is. The university must not be allowed to use age or draw as a selection criteria. In the criteria, business and other activities may be weighted with a maximum period of 12 months. Any changes to the criteria must be varred with at least two years before they have effect.

Paragraph 3. Where business works are included in the specific assessment, business works earned by the posting under contract with the defence shall be included with the entire contract period, cf. however, paragraph 1 2, last per rectangle, irrespective of the fact that the period of the contract expires after the period of application, but not later than study test. The same applies to host duty.

Paragraph 4. In the evaluation of the applicants in accordance with paragraph 1, 2 may include initiation tests by the Ministry of the Ministry, in the talks and so on.

Paragraph 5. The university can provide a conditional guarantee for a study, the following year, or at the next round of accession.

Paragraph 6. If exceptional circumstances are available, the university may dispensers from their own recording rules as laid down in paragraph 1. 2.

§ 22. In accordance with rules laid down by the university to applicants who have a foreign forgiving degree, the studies seats in quota 3 shall be awarded according to rules laid down by the university of applicants having a foreign access Section 2 (2). 4, and where the applicant is in need of a residence permit to participate in an education.

Paragraph 2. Study positions are allocated to a specific assessment of the applicants. The university shall publish on its website the objective, professional criteria which may be included in the assessment of the individual applicant. Any changes to the criteria must be warmed by at least 1 year before they have effect.

Paragraph 3. The number of studio seats allocated to applicants in accordance with paragraph 1. 1, cf. Section 13 (1). Paragraph 1 shall be determined in such a way as to ensure that there are room seats for applicants who do not need a residence permit and which are more qualified to be admitted to the training other than applicants for the application of paragraph 1. 1.

Paragraph 4. Applicants which satisfy the conditions laid down in paragraph 1. 1, can only apply to quota 3.

Paragraph 5. If exceptional circumstances are available, the university may dispensers from their own recording rules as laid down in paragraph 1. 2.

-23. The university may, at the same time, set an additional number of seats (wait-list seats), which may be sought at the same time as applying for quota to 1 and 2. Appepers for these places shall be entered on a priority wait list, criteria as for accession. The university can determine that only wait lists are included in quota 1.

Paragraph 2. The right to a study will be suspended if the applicant on the waiting list has not taken up the offer of study for study within a time limit set by the university. If the applicant has not been offered a recording at the expiration of the deadline, the wait list shall be changed to a pledge to be made by the following year. However, it is a condition of the following year for the following year for the applicant to meet the specific requirements and requirements for certain minimum standards in a specific subject applicable to training for the year in question, cf. § 3 and § 4. § 24. The application for recording is digitally via the Ministry of Education's absorption portal on the Internet address www.optagelse.dk or manually using schemas on paper, cf. however, paragraph 1 4, in the case of quota 3.

Paragraph 2. It is possible to search for recording by up to 8 of the admissions that are specified in the application schema, cf. paragraph 1.

Paragraph 3. The applicant shall send the application form and documentation of the access basis for the training establishment or training establishment and the priority table to the most priority institution. Documentation of access bases shall be sent if the applicant has not received diplomas or similar before the expiry of the application period, cf. ~ 25, and no later than before a time limit laid down by the State.

Paragraph 4. The application for admission through quota 3 is set according to rules laid down by the university and published on the university's website.

§ 25. The application deadline for the admission of undergraduations is as follows :

1) The application deadline is the 15th. March at 12:00 for applicants seeking admission through quota 2.

2) The application deadline is the 15th. March at Twelve to all applicants with foreign access examinations, cf. Section 2 (2). 2, no. 7 and 8, unless the persons concerned must apply quota 3, cf. no. 5.

The applicant shall confirm the offer within a time limit set by the university. If the applicant does not verify the offer within the time limit, the right to the study shall be suspended. SECTION 26. Appeers to quotas 1 and 2, which are not accepted by any of the searched undergraduate studies, are given at the same time as the communication on the lackdown, cf. § 25, paragraph. 4, a list of training courses where available spaces are available. In the case of admission to open spaces, the university itself shall establish even the application and accession procedure, including time limits. If there are more applicants for an undergraduate education than there are available seats, applicants shall be admitted according to objective criteria set out by the university. The university must not apply age and draw as a selection criteria. The criteria for selecting the criteria must be published at the university's website at the same time as the publication of the available seats.

Candiciation of candidate education

§ 27. In the case of the admission to candidate education, the university itself establishes the application and accession procedure, including time limits.

Paragraph 2. The university shall publish in its website the date of application, the admission procedure and the time of the tender for a study to be taken in accordance with paragraph 1. 1, as well as appropriate requirements for confirmation of the tender.

§ 28. The university may, with a background in the professional development of the actuating undergraduate training, in the study arrangements for candidate training, lay down rules on when the student can apply for membership at the latest after having to have a candidate after having been made available to the student ; completed undergraduate studies.

§ 29. May the university of capacity reasons do not include all applicants for a Candidate Education, the selection according to criteria laid down in advance by the university, cf. however, section 14 (4). Paragraph 3. In the evaluation of the applicants in accordance with paragraph 1, 2 may include initiation tests by the Ministry of the Ministry, in the talks and so on.

On candidate education provided in English, the university may reserve a number of students ' seats for highly qualified applicants who have a foreign undergraduate, assessed to meet access requirements, and where the applicant needs residence permits in order to participate in an education. 2) they need a residence permit and which either have the right to be admitted to training, cf. Section 14, paragraph 14. 1, or has been granted free space or free space by scholarship.

Paragraph 3. The university shall publish in its website the date of application, acceptance procedure, and the time of tender and refuse to take place in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 and any requirements for confirmation of the tender.

Chapter 4

Enwriting etc.

§ 31. The student shall be entered into administrative law on the appropriate study stage in the training of one of the following categories :

1) Bachelor training.

2) Candidate education.

4) Guest students, by the way.

Paragraph 2. If the accepted distribution of the number of studies in several studies, the older people are collected before younger, unless an older applicant has applied for a deferred study eart.

Paragraph 3. If there are several number of study times on a graduate or a candidate, the university must inform the applicant countries and indicate the criterion of distribution from the date on which to be sought for inclusion in training.

Paragraph 5. The university can determine the internal rules of the entry.

§ 32. The student may not be inscribe by more than a full-time training at a time, cf. however, section 8 (3). Article 31 (2) and Article 31 (3). 1, no. 3 and 4.

Paragraph 2. The university can dispensers from paragraph 1. 1 if there are any unusual circumstances.

§ 33. The university will bring an end to the intake when the student has a student.

1) has completed an education ;

2) has been cut off from continuing training as a result of the fact that the person concerned has used his diplomas or not to comply with the rules concerning participation in or admits the first-year examination of the first season in the undergraduate training period, cf. the examination of the graduates of university graduates (diplomas),

3) has been cut off from continuing on training as a result of the rules applicable to the training in question,

4) reporting out of training, or

5) is permanently suspended from the university, cf. Section 14, section 14 of the university. 7.

§ 34. Where the entry has been brought to an end, cf. § 33, nr. 1, the person concerned shall not be researching for inclusion / inscribe on the same level of education.

Paragraph 2. Where the entry has been brought to an end, cf. § 33, nr. 2, as a result of the fact that the person concerned has taken up his diploma, may the university allow the person concerned to apply to the same training for the same training as a new one, cf. however, section 15.

Paragraph 3. Where the entry has been brought to an end, cf. § 33, nr. 2, as a result of the fact that the student has not fulfilled the rule of participation in or holding a first-year test, the university may allow the person concerned to take a new entry, cf. however, section 15. Permission granted.

1) where the university on the basis of a specific professional assessment estimates that the ability to carry out the training is substantially improved, or

2) where the content of the training is substantially altered.

Paragraph 4. Where the entry has been brought to an end, cf. § 33, nr. 3, the person concerned shall be able to enter / enter into new, cf. however, section 15.

Paragraph 5. Where the entry has been brought to an end, cf. § 33, nr. 4, the person concerned shall be able to apply / rewrite to new, cf. however, section 33, nr. One-three, and section 15. However, the earliest take-up may not take place five months after the entry into which the entry has been put to an end.

Paragraph 6. Where the person concerned is entered / rewritten, cf. paragraph 2-5 and § 41, may not be audited, unless they are obsolete as a result of rules for training. Where diplomas have been exhausted, the university may grant the student permission for new examinations to be examined in accordance with the rules applicable to the training in question.

$35. Students who have been enrolled in a semester, or where the entry has been brought to an end, parts of a semester or equivalent, cf. § 34, paragraph. 5, may not in the same term or have any equivalent participation in examinations or tests in the field of training.

§ 36. The university can lay down rules that the entry into force of students who have not been studied in a coherent period of at least one year is not a matter for students. The rules must be laid down for the purposes of study activities for training.

Paragraph 2. Rules on the tests carried out by the student pursuant to the examination certificate shall be subject to the independent of the rules laid down in accordance with paragraph 1. 1.

Paragraph 3. The rules of the university must show that, if exceptional circumstances exist, the university can be dispensers from the student activity requirement.

Chapter 5

Special Guide

§ 37. A student who is more than six months late in the field of training in relation to the period of study in accordance with the rules laid down in the year. however, paragraph 1 On 3 and 4, the right to receive special guidance from the university is entitled to support the student's ability to complete the training, including curbation and re-election in education as far as possible. The special guide may be organized with individual or collective calls, with the preparation of training plans and involving presentations, information meetings, open house events etc., cf. paragraph 5.

Paragraph 2. If a student is more than 12 months late in the training period in relation to the normal period of study, cf. however, paragraph 1 3 and 4, the university must address the student and provide special guidance in the form of an individual call. The content and time of the consent shall be organized by the university after the needs of each student, cf. paragraph 5.

Paragraph 3. In calculating the period during which a student is delayed in relation to the normal period of time, no periods of delay or leave as a result of maternity and adoption, and periods of leave as a result of calls for service obligations, broadcast as part of the international operations of the defence, long-term disease, caring for persons with disabilities, seriously ill or dying or similar conditions.

Paragraph 4. The right to special guidance includes only students who are at risk of interrupting the training as a result of the delay in relation to the normal period of study.

Paragraph 5. The university shall lay down detailed internal rules for specific guidance, including which students have the right to receive the instructions.

Chapter 6

Orlov

§ 38. Students can get furlough from an education according to rules set out by the university.

Paragraph 2. Students may not participate in the training period during the period concerned in the course of the training period concerned. The student cannot participate in examinations or tests in the course of the term or the equivalent of which the student has or has had a leave of absence.

Student Shift and Transit

Chapter 8

Other provisions

§ 42. Grade-grade characters and grades after paragraph 3, paragraph 1. 3, section 4 (4). Paragraph 1, and section 9 (4). 2, is specified in the 7-step scale, cf. the rules on the quality of grades in high school education.

Paragraph 2. When the degrees of the degree of access training, cf. Section 2 (2). 2, no. 1-4 and 6 shall be used as a selection criterion or forming part of the access requirement, the 7-step scale is used.

Paragraph 3. Conversion of average from the 13 scale to the 7-step scale is after conversion tables, which are published on the Education Ministry's accession track on the Internet address www.optagelse.dk.

Paragraph 4. Conversion in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 and 2 for applicants with access to training, cf. Section 2 (2). 2, no. 5, 7 and 8, when the result can be converted into the 7-step scale, after conversion tables, which are published on the Education Ministry's accession track on the Internet address www.optagelse.dk.

Paragraph 5. Confinement of the grade average, cf. Section 18, is done after the bill of seven-step scale.

§ 43. The University and City of Construction may allow the university to derogate from the announcement as part of the trial. At the same time, the duration and the reporting form shall be determined.

Paragraph 2. The university and construction management board may dispense with the announcement when it is justified in exceptional circumstances.

§ 44. The decisions of the College following this notice may be submitted to the College and Construction Management Board of the decision relating to the matter (complainant) when the complaint relates to legal matters. The deadline for filing a complaint is two weeks from the date on which the decision has been announced.

Paragraph 2. The appeal shall be submitted to the university issuing a statement. The complainant shall have the opportunity to comment on the opinion of the university within a period of at least 1 week. The university sends the complaint to the Board attached to the statement and any comments made by the complainant.

Chapter 9

The entry into force, etc.

§ 45. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. In March, 2010, cf. however, paragraph 1 2-3.

Paragraph 2. Section 18 shall apply to applicants who have completed their high school education in 2007 and later.

Paragraph 3. Quota 1b, cf. Section 19 can only be used for applicants with an access training which has been carried out in 2008 or later.

§ 46. Publication no. 52 of 28. In January 2009 on access and so on at the universities and graduates at universities (access notice) is hereby repealed.
