Publication of the allocation of the circle and adjections by public-election selection

In accordance with section 10 (4), Paragraph 1, in the election of Parliament, cf. Law Order no. 145 of 24. In February 2009, the following shall be determined by the distribution of the group and surgeons in the areas and large circles outside the Faroe Islands and Greenland :

§ 1. The capital is attributed to the capital, 49 mandates, 39 orbital mandates and 10 supplementary mandates. The Kredsmen are thus distributed in the individual large circles of the country :

1) City of Copenhagen shall be given 15 orbital mandates

2) The Omeg District of the City of Copenhagen is given 12 orbital mandates

3) The Greater Circle of Northern Zealand is given 10 orbital mandates

4) Bornholm's Large circle is conferred on two orbital mandates

Paragraph 2. Soulland-South Danmark 66 mandates, of which 50 orbital mandates and 16 additional mandates are added. The Kredsmen are thus distributed in the individual large circles of the country :

1) The Grand Circle of Zealand is attributed to 20 orbital mandates

2) Fyns Storcircle is conferred on 12 orbital mandates

3) The Grand Circle of South Jutland is given 18 orbital mandates

Paragraph 3. Midtjylland-Nordjylland-Nordjylland 60 mandates are attributed to 46 orbital mandates and 14 additional mandates. The Kredsmen are thus distributed in the individual large circles of the country :

1) The Grand Circle of the East is conferred on 18 orbital mandates

2) The Greater Circle of West Jutland is given 13 orbital mandates

3) The Grand Circle of the North Jutland is given 15 orbital mandates

§ 2. The announcement shall enter into force on the 15th. March, 2010.

Paragraph 2. At the same time, notice No 602 of 13. June 2007, on the distribution of group and supplementary mandates at election time.

Paragraph 3. The declaration shall take effect on the election of the people concerned, which shall be borne from and with the entry into force of the public.
