Publication of the delegation of recruitment and dismissal competence in the Department of Corrections

Purline 3, paragraph 3. 3, and section 26 (3). 2, in the Law of Officials, cf. Law Order no. 531 of 11. June 2004, and section 3 and section 26 (3). 2, in the Law of the State Officials of Greenland, cf. Law Order no. 574 of 5. August 1991 shall be determined :

§ 1. The director of the Department of Corrective Services shall be authorised to employ and dismiss officials in salary border 1-35.

Paragraph 2. Unclaimed dismissal can only be carried out by the attorney general, cf. however, section 3 (3). 2.

§ 2. Prison and arrest inspectors and the head of the Criminal Investigenation Centre shall be empowered to employ officials in payroll frameworks 1 to 34, respectively, in the detention centres, arressuse and training centre respectively. However, the options are, however, the posts that are arrested, where the recruitment competence is not delegated to the arresting inspectors.

Paragraph 2. The director of the Probation in Greenland shall be authorised to employ officials in salary frames 1 to 34 in the Probation of Greenland.

§ 3. Officials who are employed by the prison and arrest inspectors, the head of the training centre and the director of the Department of Corrections in Greenland, are dismissed after application of these.

Paragraph 2. The detention and arrest inspectors and the director of the training centre may make provision for unclaimed dismissal due to a lack of suitability of officials during the first six months of the trial of the official ' s Section 33 of the trial. The same applies to the Director of the Criminal Investigenge in Greenland, cf. the Danish official ' s section 33.

§ 4. The announcement shall enter into force on the 15th. March, 2010.

Paragraph 2. Publication no. 1189 of 6. In December 2004 on the delegation of the recruitment and dismissal competence of the Criminal Investigation Services are hereby repealed.
