Publication of the amendment of the state's adult education support (SVU announcement)

§ 1

Notice no. 767 of 25. June 2010 on the State's adult education support (SVU announcement) is hereby amended as follows :

1. I preamour is inserted after ' Law No 727 of 25. "June 2010" : " and Law No 1566 of 21. "December 2010".

2. ~ 10 (1)) 5, ITREAS :

" Stop. 5. In the case of an application for a SVU for preparatory adult learning, the teaching of adults, special training for adult or Danish training for adult foreign nationals, etc., and cf. Section 11 (1). 1, no. 1, 2, 5 and 6, are disregarded from the condition in the section 3 of the law. 1 and 2 that the training-seeking must be a short-educated. ` ;

3. ~ 10 (1)) 6, revoked.

4. section 16 (4). 2, revoked.

paragraphs 3 and 4 are then referred to in paragraph 1. Two and three.

5. I section 16 (4). 3, there will be section 16, paragraph 1. Paragraph 2 shall be replaced by ' the periods referred to in paragraph 1. The following paragraph shall be : 1 and 2, ` shall mean the period of support for paragraph 1. 1 '.

6. I Section 22 (2). 1, the following shall be inserted after ' equal to ` : ' 80% of ` and `, cf. however, paragraph 1 2 ` is deleted.

7. I Section 22 (2). 2, '90%' is replaced by '80%'.

§ 2

Paragraph 1. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. In January 2011, applications shall be applied to applications received on 1. January, 2011, or later, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. The provisions of section 22 (4). 1 and 2, as amended by this Order Section 1 (2). 6 and 7 have an effect on the training cycle with SVU, which starts on the fourth. April 2011 or later.
