Publication of the amendment of the executive payment in 2010-and after-training in 2010

§ 1

Notice no. 19 of 16. 1 January 2009 on the participation of participants in the year 2010, as amended by announcement No 2 ; 810 of 20. (1) August 2009 and Notice No 1231 of 11. In December 2010, the following changes are made :

1. In the Order of the Nose title '2010' is replaced by '2011'.

2. Inline ITREAS :

" Purline of Section 8, paragraph. 5, and Section 8 a in the law of open training (occupational adult education), etc., cf. Law Order no. 952 of 2. In October 2009, as amended by law no. 1570 of 21. In December 2010 :

3. Section 4 (4). ONE, ONE. pkt., ITREAS :

" The standard price for participants in the training activities referred to in section 1 is 590 kr. or 880 kr. per week as set out in the remarks on the budget for the year 2011. `

4. Insert after section 5 :

" § 5 a. In the case of courier who has higher education and is engaged in single-class education for hhx or htx or on the training referred to in section 6 (2), 2, in the OU Act the full Participant Payment is charged, cf. Article 8 (2) of the law. 4. "

5. I § 9 pasted as no. FOUR :

" 4) Kursians covered by § 5 a. `

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 23rd. In December 2010, and shall take effect on the part of the teaching procedure commencing on 1. January, 2011, or later.
