Law amending the Law on Social Services (capped maximum benefit for lost earnings) WE, Margrethe the Second, by the Grace of God Queen of Denmark, hereby proclaim: The Folketing has passed and we have given our Royal Assent to the following Act: section 1 of The Act on Social Services, cf. Consolidated Act No. 1096 of September 21, 2010, as amended by section 10 of Law No. 434 of 8 May 2006 § 4 of the Law No. 624 of 11 June 2010 section 1 of Law No. 628 of 11. June 2010 and section 1, no. 1, 3, 6 and 10 to 13 of Law No. 629 of 11 June 2010, is amended as follows: 1. section 42 shall read: ' § 42. The municipal council shall extend help cover lost wages for people who provide for a child under the age of 18 with substantial and permanent physical or mental impairment or a serious chronic or prolonged suffering. The benefit is conditional that it is a necessary consequence of the functional impairment that the child is cared for at home, and that it is most appropriate that the mother or father two care for it. PCS. 2. The allowance shall be based on the previous gross income, subject to a maximum amount of DKK 19613. (A) a month. The maximum amount is reduced in proportion to the share they searched hours for loss of earnings relative two its total working hours. The calculated pension contributions amounting to 10 per cent. of the gross compensation. This contribution may not exceed an amount equal to the forms of employer contributions. The municipality shall pay under the Act on the Labour Market Supplementary Pension ATP contributions of help offset the loss of earnings. The beneficiary must pay one third of the ATP contribution, and the municipality must pay 2/3 of the contribution. PCS. 3. Social Affairs Minister shall issue regulations concerning the calculation and adjustment of loss of earnings following paragraph. 2, including the calculation and payment of contributions to the pension plan and the recommendation of the Labour Market Supplementary rules for payment of ATP contributions. ' 2. In section 182, after paragraph. 2 new paragraph: "Paragraph. 3. The amount referred two in § 42 paragraph. 2, adjusted annually by. 1 January by 2.0 per cent. plus or minus an adjustment percentage for the current financial year, cf.. Act on Rate Adjustment Percentage. The amount is rounded to the nearest amount. The adjustment was made first on 1 January 2012. "Paragraph. 3-9 then become para. 4-10. § 2 pcs. 1.
