Law on the amendment of the law on vocational training and the law of the Employers ' Student Reimbursement Act

(The interdisciplinary work of the professional committee, the restriction of benefits with regard to foreign students, access to school practice and school tuition, grants to internships, etc.)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the law of vocational training, cf. Law Order no. 510 of 19. In May 2010, as amended by Section 10 of Law No 578 of 1. June 2010, section 1 of law no. 580 of 1. June 2010 and section 3 of the Law No 641 of 14. In June 2010, the following changes are made :

1. I Section 31 (1). 1, the ' paragraph shall be amended The following shall be : 3 ".

2. I § 34, paragraph. 3, "The Head of Leaders" shall be replaced by the following : "Shipowners."

3. I § 38, paragraph. 5, pasted as Three. Point. :

' The decision shall contain an action plan for the Committee's product acceptance of the tasks referred to in paragraph 1. 7, no. TWO. "

4. I § 66 e, paragraph. 2, is inserted after ' § 66 k, paragraph 1 ":" and 4 ".

5. I § 66 k, paragraph. 3, in the words ' section 68, paragraph 1, 2, "to : § 98 c-98 g".

6. I § 66 k inserted after paragraph 1. 3 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 4. It is with regard to foreign pupils a condition for obtaining the right to school practice in accordance with paragraph 1. 1, the reimbursement of payroll expenses and so on in accordance with paragraph 1. (2) and grants under paragraph 1. 3 that the student complies with the conditions laid down in section 19 (1). Paragi 2 and 3, and in section 15 (3). '.'.

Paragraph 4 becomes paragraph 4. 5.

7. I § 67 a pasted as paragraph FOUR :

" Stop. 4. It is with regard to foreign pupils a condition for obtaining the right to subsidies and financial support under paragraph 1. 3 for the training of chapters 7 a and 7 (b) that the student complies with the conditions laid down in section 19 (1). Paragi 2 and 3, and in section 15 (3). '.'.

8. The following section 71 is inserted :

" § 71 a. The Minister of Education is putting forward a proposal for a revision of Article 66 (a) (a). 4, section 66 e, paragraph. 2, and § 66 k, paragraph 3, in the 2011-12 people year.

§ 2

In the case of the Employers ' Student Reimbursement, cf. Law Order no. 775 of 24. June 2010, as amended by Section 23 of Act 23. 639 of 14. June 2010, section 1 of law no. 1230 of 2. November 2010 and Law No 1311 of 30. In November 2010, the following changes are made :

1. § 17 a is hereby repealed and the following shall be inserted :

" Chapter 6 a

Restriction of benefits with regard to foreign students

§ 17 b. It is with regard to foreign pupils a condition for obtaining a wage refund in accordance with Chapter 2, in accordance with Chapter 3, the promotion of mobility, in accordance with Chapter 4 and the premium and bonuses of Chapter 6 that the pupil fulfils those of those concerned ; conditions as referred to in section 19 (1). Paraguation 2 and 3, in the field of vocational training and in section 15 (3). '.'.

§ 3

Law no. 1218 of 14. In December 2009, on the amendment of the law on the Labour's Student Act, and the law of vocational training. (Alignment of the premium, wage subsidy and bonus, access to school practice and to school education and subsidy to internship) as amended by Section 2 of Act No 1230 of 2. In November 2010, the following changes are made :

1. I Section 3, paragraph 3. 2-4 and paragraph 5, no. 3, '2010' is replaced by '2011'.

§ 4

Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. January, 2011.

Paragraph 2. § 66 e, paragraph. 2, section 66 k, paragraph 4, and section 67 (a) (a), Amendment No 4, in the case of vocational training, as amended, in the form of paragraph 1 of this law. 4, 6 and 7 have effect on education agreements concluded and with 1. January, 2011. The provisions of 1. Act. shall apply by analogs to benefits with respect to students commencing on vocational training without a training agreement and with the 1. January, 2011.

Paragraph 3. Section 17 b, on the Work with the Employers ' Student Reimbursement, as drawn up by this law's section 2, no. 1 has effect on education agreements concluded and with 1. January, 2011, cf. however, paragraph 1 4.

Paragraph 4. For mobility promotions under sections 8, 9, 11 and 12 of the Work with Student Liability Act, Section 17 b of the Work on Student Liability of the Employers ' Liability of the Work on the Law of this Act will be found in section 2 of this Law. 1, the use of pupils entering a school from and with 1. January, 2011.
