Ordinance amending Ordinance for EEC component type-approval and verification (Change of rules for the EEC component type-approval and EEC initial verification) section 1 of the Decree No. 1139 by 15. December 2003 for EEC component type-approval and verification, as amended by Decree No. 161 of 5. March 2008, shall be amended as follows: 1. The introductory part shall be replaced by the following: ' under section 15 (1) and section 22, paragraph 4, of law No. 602 by 24. June 2005 for business promotion, as amended by Act No. 364 of 13. May 2009, be determined in accordance with the authorization given: «2. paragraph 2 is replaced by the following: ' article 2. EEC type-approval, without prejudice. Cape. 2, for a type of instrument applied with and granted by the Danish safety technology authority in accordance with regulations issued for that type of instrument or by the competent metrological service in another Member State. The application shall include evidence that the instrument complies with the statutory requirements in the form of a type test report as well as the draft of a type-approval certificate from a laboratory, in accordance with article 3. § 7 paragraph 3. ';
3. In article 3, § 7 (3), 2. paragraph, two spots in the article 12, paragraph 3, article 12, paragraph 4, article 14, paragraph 2, and article 23 shall be replaced by ' the Danish accreditation and Metrology Fund ' to: ' the Danish safety technology authority '.
4. section 15, paragraph 3 is replaced by the following: ' (3). The EEC initial verification carried out by laboratories specially empowered for that purpose by the Danish safety technology authority in the light of the fact that they have the requisite accreditation from the Danish accreditation and Metrology Fund (DANAK) or from a similar accreditation body that is a signatory to the EA ´ s multilateral mutual recognition agreement. '
5. In annex 1, paragraph 4, the words ' the Danish accreditation and Metrology Fund ' to: ' the Danish safety technology authority ' in two places.
section 2 of the notice shall enter into force on the 1. April 2010.
