(Definition of dangerous substance etc)

§ 1

Notice no. 362 of 6. April 2010 on the placing on the market of electrical and electronic equipment and the management of electrical and electronic equipment (Electronic Coffee Due Order) (electronic and electronic equipment) are hereby amended as follows :

1. Section 3, paragraph 3. 1, no. 12, ITREAS :

" 12) Hazardous Substance or Mixture : Any substance or mixture that meets the criteria for one of the following categories of danger or category of danger as listed in Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 2 of the European Parliament and of the Council. 1272/2008 of 16. In December 2008, classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures are :

a) category 2.1. to 2.4, 2.6 and 2.7, 2.8 type A and B, 2.9, 2.10, 2.12, 2.13 categories 1 and 2, 2.14 categories 1 and 2, 2.15 type A F,

b) hazard class 3.1 to 3.6, 3.7 adverse effects on sexual function and reproductive ability or development, 3.8 other effects other than narcotic effects, 3.9 and 3.10,

c) hazard class 4.1 and

d) Class 5.1 at risk. `

§ 2

Paragraph 1. The announcement shall enter into force on the 15th. April 2010.

Paragraph 2. Section 1 shall apply from 1. June 2015.
