4. I Annex 3, Part 1, the following Annex 1 to this notice is added to the serial number 64 a to be replaced by the following Annex 1.

5. I Annex 3, Part 1, Serial No 134, the text of the column is replaced by the following

' Nitrogensubstituted derivatives of p-Phenylenediamine and salts thereof ; nitrogensubstituted derivatives of the o-Phenylenediamine (4) , except those derivatives listed elsewhere in this Annex and under serial No 1336, 1338 and 1339 of Annex 2. ` ;

6. I Annex 3, Part 1, the serial number 134 (a) is replaced by the text of Annex 2 to this notice.

§ 2

Paragraph 1. The announcement will enter into force on the 171. April 2010.
