Executive order on match assessment under section 4 (a), paragraph 1, clause 4 (c), paragraphs 3 and 4, and article 21, paragraph 2, of the Act on an active employment efforts, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 1428 of 14. December 2009, sections 65 and 66 of law No. 522 of 24. June 2005 concerning responsibility for and management of active employment efforts as amended by law No 1545 by 20. December 2006 and by law 483 of 12. June 2009 and section 14 of law No. 563 by 9. June 2006 on sick pay, fixed: § 1. For persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 1-5 and 7, there must be a match rating. Match the assessment must be an assessment of the person's employment potential, IE. an overall assessment of his or her labour market relevant resources, skills and opportunities for development, see. However, section 7.
§ 2. By matching the assessment grade person in either match group 1, group 2 or group 3 match match, see. sections 3-5.
Criteria for the match assessment section 3. A person who does not have problems in addition to availability, IE. a person who is prepared to take an ordinary work, which makes the person unable to support themselves within three months, it is considered as jobklar. A jobklar person classified in Group 1 match.
§ 4. A person who is not prepared to take an ordinary work, which makes the person unable to support themselves within three months, but who are able to participate in an employment-focused effort with active offer, be regarded as action ready. An effort clear person classified in Group 2 match.
§ 5. A person who neither is prepared to take an ordinary work, which makes the person unable to support themselves within three months, or able to participate in an employment-focused effort with active offer, shall be considered as temporarily passive. A temporary passive person classified in Group 3 match.
Scope of section 6. For persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 1-4, made the assessment at all job interviews match in the individual contacts, see. sections 17 and 18 of the Act on an active employment efforts.
(2). For persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 5, made match assessment from the assessment at each follow-up after the law on sickness benefits section 12 and section 13 (5) of the basic regulation. section 7, paragraph 5.
(3). For persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 7, made match assessment by all job interviews in the individual contacts, see. section 73a of the Act on an active employment efforts.
(4). For persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 2 and 3 made match assessment in addition to the cases referred to in paragraph 1, by first letter with request for help.
(5). Match the assessment under paragraph 1 and paragraph 3 shall be carried out always, if new information, which means that match the assessment should be changed. If necessary, the convening of a new conversation.
§ 7. Persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 1, placed in match 1 jobklar.

(3). Persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 3, placed in match 2 effort ready or match 3 temporary passive.
(4). Persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 4 be placed in match 1 match 2 effort ready or jobklar.
(5). Persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 5 searched after the law on sickness benefits section 12 and section 13, paragraph 5, to one of 3 categories. Match the assessment of sickness benefit recipients is done by people who are deemed eligible for category 1 will match 1, persons who are searched for category 2 will be match 2, and persons who are searched for category 3 will be match 3.
(6). Persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 7, placed in match 1 jobklar, if they are able to take a Flex job, as the person is searched for. If the person is not able to take a Flex job, going on location in match 2 effort ready or match 3 temporary passive.
(7). Persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 3, which is boarded for a Flex job and receives cash and starting aid, should be placed in match 2 effort ready or match 3 temporary passive.
Absences and exemptions § 8. If a person under the Act on active social policy section 13, paragraph 4, nr. 2 and 6-9, and paragraph 5, does not have a duty to use its labour opportunities by accepting an active quote after the Act on an active employment efforts, and if such a duty is assessed at the earliest to occur after more than three months, the person is considered temporary passive and therefore classified in Group 3 match.
§ 9. If a person under the Act on active social policy section 13, paragraph 4, nr. 2 and 6-8, and paragraph 5, does not have a duty to use its labour opportunities by accepting an active quote after the Act on an active employment efforts, but such an obligation is estimated to occur within three months, the person can not be considered as temporarily passive and thus also not be classified in Group 3 match.
§ 10. If a person pursuant to section 35 of the Ordinance on an active employment efforts is not obliged to accept deals are not a change of the match assessment even though the relationship has a duration of more than three months.
Date of entry into force of § 11. The notice shall enter into force on the 20. April 2010.
