Publication of the amendment of non-business navigation and other ferries on the river of footwear and lakes from the Tearring to Randers 1)

(Permission arrangements, etc. -the implementation of the Services Directive)

§ 1

Notice no. 111 of 26. January, 2007, on non-business navigation and other ferries on the offshore by side-stream and lakes from the Tearring of Randers, the following changes shall be made :

1. Foot notation the title of the notice shall be replaced by the following :

' 1) The declaration contains provisions implementing the provisions of Council Directive no. 79 /409/EEC of 2. April 1979 on the protection of wild birds (the European Bird Protection Directive) (EC Official Journal of 1979). Regulation (EC) No (L 206, page 7), as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 2 of the European Parliament and of 1882/2003 of 29. September 2003 (EU Official Journal 2003 # L 284, page 1), and parts of Directive 2006 /123/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12. In December 2006 on services in the internal market (EU Official Journal no. L-376, page 36). "

2. § 8 ITREAS :

" § 8. The municipalities referred to in section 2 may establish and administer an authorisation system for rental activities that meet requirements laid down in caps. III, on authorisations in the European Parliament and Council Directive 2006 /123/EC of 12. In December 2006 on services in the Internal Market (Services Directive).

Paragraph 2. If an authorisation system has been established, cf. paragraph 1, the rental operation of vessels for navigation shall be operated only with the consent of the municipal management boards referred to in § 2, which jointly sets out the conditions for hire.

Paragraph 3. When the municipality receives an application for a permit to run the rental, the municipality shall send a receipt to the applicant with information on :

1) the deadline for the notification of a decision, and

2) options for redress if the local authority fails to comply with the deadline. ` ;

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 22nd. April 2010.
