Law on the amendment of the Law on veterinarians and the Law on the Crew of Animals

(Mandatory health advice, etc.)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

Law no. 433 of 9. In June 2004, on veterinarians, as amended by Law No 411 of 28. In May 2009, the following changes are made :

1. I Section 2 (2). 1, is inserted after no 3 as new number :

" 4) to exercise veterinary health advice to the owner of a herd or his authorized representative under a scheme established under this law, '

Amendments Nos 4 and 5 will be no. Five and six.

2. I Section 4 (4). 2, in section 2 (2), 1, no. 2-5 " to : section 2 (2). 1, no. 2-6.

3. I Section 6 (2). 1 and 4, in section 2 (2), 1, no. One to three : section 2, paragraph 2. 1, no. ONE-FOUR.

4. Section 13 (1). 1, ITREAS :

" Even if the conditions are in section 12, paragraph 1. In the case of 1, a veterinarian must not supply or prescribe prescription-only medicinal products for the processing of adult bovine animals, in accordance with the conditions laid down in the case of the carcase or by his representative. however, section 14 (4). ONE-FOUR. "

5. § 14 ITREAS :

" § 14. If the owner of a pig or herd herd has signed a written agreement on the base module in a health care advisory system after Article 34 (a) (1) (a), 1 and 2, in the case of animals of animals, the veterinary medicinal product may prescribe or supply prescription-only medicinal products to the owner or his representative for the treatment of pigs and young bovine animals if the veterinarian has diagnosed and commenced the treatment of it ; individual animals, cf. § 12, paragraph 1. 1.

Paragraph 2. In the pig and herd herd which is covered by a written health advisory certificate, 1, cf. § 34 a (3) (a) 3, in the case of animals of animals, the veterinary medicinal product may prescribe or supply prescription medicinal products to the occupant or his representative to the animal ;

1) treatment of the pigs and young bovine animals of the crew, which may be expected to be attacked by a disease which the veterinarian has already diagnosed in the crew, cf. § 12, paragraph 1. 1, and

2) the post-treatment of adult bovine animals.

Paragraph 3. In bovine herds subject to a written health advisory agreement, Appendix 2 is subject to : cf. § 34 a (3) (a) In the case of animals of animals, the veterinary medicinal product may prescribe or supply prescription-only medicines to the crew owner or his authorized representative for the treatment of the bovine herd ' s bovine animals, which may be expected to be attacked by a disease which the veterinarian already has ; diagnosed in the crew, cf. § 12, paragraph 1. 1.

Paragraph 4. The Minister for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries may lay down rules that a veterinarian in a herd of other animals other than those referred to in section 34 a (1), may be laid down. 1 and 2, in the Act on the Crew of Animals and which are covered by a written health consulting agreement, prescribe or extradite prescription-only medicinal products to the crew owner or his representative for the treatment of animals in the crew, which may be expected to : be attacked by a disease that the vet has already diagnosed in the crew, cf. § 12, paragraph 1. 1.

Paragraph 5. The Minister may lay down rules on the supply or prescribing of prescription-only medicinal products for the prior treatment and treatment of adult bovine animals in herds which are not covered by : health consulting agreements, cf. paragraph Two and three.

Paragraph 6. In the cases referred to in paragraph 1. The veterinarian or his representative must carefully describe the clinical signs that have to be found before commencing. `.

6. I § 15 in section 14 (4), Two-six 'to :'. 14, paragraph. ONE-THREE.

7. I section 24 (2). 1, in section 14 (4), Two-four ' to : section 14, paragraph 14. 1-3 "," 14, paragraph. 5 and 6 ` shall be replaced by : ' 14, paragraph 1. 4 and 5 "and" 14 (1). Two-six 'to :'. 14, paragraph. ONE-FIVE.

8. I section 24 (2). TWO, ONE. and 4. pkt., in section 14 (4), Two-six 'to :'. 14, paragraph. ONE-FIVE.

9. I section 24 (2). 3, in section 14 (4), Two-six 'to :'. 14, paragraph. ONE-FIVE.

10. I section 24 (2). 4, no. 1 and 2, in section 14 (4), Two-six 'to :'. 14, paragraph. ONE-FIVE.

11. I § 25, paragraph. 2, in section 14 (4), Two-six 'to :'. 14, paragraph. ONE-FIVE.

12. I § 38, paragraph. 1, no. 1, in the words ' section 13 (3), 1 ' shall be :, section 13 and section 14 (4). 2-4 and 7 ` shall be replaced by : ' 14, paragraph 1. 1-3 and 6 ".

§ 2

Law no. 432 of 9. June 2004 on the crew of animals, as amended by section 12 of the Act of Law No, 404 of 1. June 2006, section 30 of law no. 431 of 6. June 2005, section 1 of law no. 105 of 20. In February 2006 and section 53 of the Act 1336 of 19. In December 2008, the following changes are made :

1. The following section 34 is inserted :

" § 34 a. The Minister for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries may lay down rules that the basic models of health and livestock must be covered by a written compulsory health advisory agreement between the crew owner or his or his or her ; a representative and a veterinarian, including the content of the agreements, and the notification of agreements concluded.

Paragraph 2. The Minister may lay down rules that the crew owner or his representative and a veterinarian can voluntarily conclude the basic model of health advisers for pig-and bovine herds that are not covered by paragraph 1. 1.

Paragraph 3. The Minister may lay down rules that the statement owner or his representative in addition to compulsory health care consulting agreements, cf. paragraph 1, on a voluntary basis, the adviser of written health advisers shall be included in the case of a veterinarian with a veterinarian.

Paragraph 4. The Minister may lay down rules on the herds of animals other than those referred to in paragraph 1. 1 and 2 shall be subject to a written compulsory health advisory agreement between the crew owner or his representative and a veterinarian, including the content of the agreements and the notification of agreements concluded. `

§ 3

Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. July, 2010, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. The Minister for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries shall determine the date of entry into force of the Act 1.

§ 4

The law does not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland, but can, by means of a royal device, be set in full or in part to Greenland, with the discrepancies that the Greenlandic conditions are saying.
