Act on the amendment of the Bonidercompensation Fund Act

(Leadership of the Bonion compensation fund)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

Law no. 440 of 14. June 1995 on the Bonierdercompensation Fund, as amended by Section 29 of Law No 1. 386 of 22. 1 May 1996 and section 37 of the Law No 980 of 17. In December 1997, the following changes are made :

1. In the Act of Law, the Minister for Health is amended to include : 'Home Affairs and Health Minister' and 'Health Minister' to : 'Domestic and Health Minister'.

2. I Section 2 (2). 1, inserted after ' rules ` shall be inserted : `, cf. however, paragraph 1 TWO. "

3. I § 2 inserted after paragraph 1. 1 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 2. The Minister for Domestic Affairs and the Internal Affairs Minister may, as appropriate, provide additional funds to the Fund. '

Paragraph 2 is then referred to in paragraph 2. 3.

4. I Section 2 (2). 2, there will be paragraph 1. the following paragraph shall be added after ' paragraph 1 1 ": and 2".

5. I Section 4 (4). 7, is " 1,5%. by the original of the fund to : " 15000 DKK by the Fund ' s.

6. Section 13 (1). 1, ITREAS :

" The Fund shall end with its business when no longer eligible for eligibility after section 4. The Board of Directors of the Fund shall inform the Minister of the Internal Affairs and Health Ministers. ` ;

7. I Section 13 (1). 3, in section 2 (2), 2 ' shall be : section 2 (2) ; 3 ".

8. Section 14, paragraph 14. 2, ITREAS :

" Stop. 2. In all cases, the provision of benefits under this law and the return on it in connection with the award of benefits under pension law, law on active social and social legislation must also be disregarded. '

§ 2

The law shall enter into force on 1. June 2010.

§ 3

The law does not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
