Chapter 2

Access prerequisites

§ 5. § 7. Access to candidate education in pedagogical philosophy has applications with the following training :

§ 15. Access to candidate education in IT-didac design has applications with the following training :

1) Bachelor of humanist informatics, in information science, in pedagogue or in educational science.

3) Professiongraduate as primary school teacher, or as a teacher.

§ 16. The university may, in specific cases, grant access to the additions for applicants who do not comply with the requirements of section 6 (1). 2, section 7 (4). 2, section 8 (4). 2, section 9 (4). 2, section 10 (4). 2, section 11, paragraph 1. 2, section 12 (2). 2, section 13 (3). 2, section 14 (4). Chapter 3

§ 19. The training of support for candidate education in pedagogic philosophy consists of two modules each equivalent to 15 ECTS points : philosophy (module 1) and philosophical topics (module 2).

Paragraph 2. Module 1 qualifies for knowledge and discussion of the philosophical main tradition, including its pedagogi-philosophical sense, understanding of the historical development and reading of philosophical texts and the reading of philosophical texts from various different types of languages ; periods.

§ 22. The support for Candidate Education in general educators consists of two modules each equivalent to 15 ECTS points : knowledge theory and method in a pedagogical and Dilactic perspective (module 1) and pedagogical and didactic theories (module 2).

§ 28. Other Rules

§ 29. The university is determined in the context of the notice on the individual suppreing training in a study scheme.

7) Rules for merit, cf. § 31.

Paragraph 3. In addition to the rules laid down pursuant to this notice, the study arrangements shall include rules laid down in accordance with the examination notice and the publication of the report.

Paragraph 4. The study must show that, when it is justified in exceptional circumstances, the university can be dispensers from the rules of the student regime that is set out by the university alone.

Paragraph 2. Decisions pursuant to paragraph 1. 1 shall be taken on the basis of a professional opinion.

§ 32. § 34. The decisions of the College following this notice may be submitted to the College and Construction Management Board of the decision relating to the matter (complainant) when the complaint relates to legal matters. Paragraph 2. The appeal shall be submitted to the university issuing a statement. The complainant shall have the opportunity to comment on the opinion of the university within a period of at least 1 week. $35. If there is no other way from this notice, the rules in the notice of subtraining at the universities (parttime notice) shall apply.

Chapter 6

The entry into force, etc.

§ 36. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. May 2010.
