Publication on the amendment of the notice of sickness benefits

§ 1

Notice no. 665 of 20. June 2006 on sickness benefits, as amended by announcement No 1 264 of 21. March 2007, proclame no. 414 of 28. May 2008 and Notice no. 1417 of 14. In December 2009, the following changes are made :

" Chapter 6 a

Visitation

§ 14 a. In the case of each of the sickness benefits, the municipality shall search the case to one of the three categories, which is apparent in the section 12 of the law. The search must contribute to strengthening the work-retention efforts and rapid return to the labour market.

Section 14 b. The business of the business is based on the following questions :

1) Is there any prospect of the fact that the sick man is fully resigned in the next three months?

2) Assessed morbid to receive sickness benefits for more than the next three months, and is estimated to be able to return to work in sick days to work or receive an offer in accordance with Chapter 10-12 in the Act on active employment?

Paragraph 2. Where there is a confirmation of the question referred to in paragraph 1, the question shall be : 1, no. 1, request to category 1, cf. Act 12, nr. 1.

Paragraph 3. In cases where the question referred to in paragraph 1 shall be : 1, no. The question referred to in paragraph 1 shall be taken into account in paragraph 1. 1, no. 2. Can this question be answered if it is addressed to Category 2, cf. Act 12, nr. 2.

Paragraph 4. In cases where there are both questions set out in paragraph 1. 1 is replied to, subject to category 3, cf. Act 12, nr. 3. § 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 26th. April 2010 and shall apply to sickness benefits cases where the municipality makes the visitation on 26. April 2010 or later.
