Ordinance amending the Ordinance concerning sickness benefits
In executive order No. 665 of 20. June 2006 on sick pay, as amended by Decree No. 264 of 21. March 2007, Decree No. 414 of 28. May 2008 and Decree No. 1417 of 14. December 2009, shall be amended as follows: 1. In the introductory phrase shall be added after ' article 10, paragraph 2, ': ' § 14.0 ' 2. Under section 14 shall be inserted: ' Chapter 6 (a)
Visitation section 14 (a). at every sickness benefit follow-up visits the municipality case to one of the three categories set out in section 12 of the Act. The assessment should contribute to strengthening efforts for job retention and quick return to the labour market.
section 14 (b). The assessment is done on the basis of the following questions: 1) is estimated to have views that the sickness will be fully quick reported within the next 3 months?
2) Assessed sickness having to receive sickness benefits in more than the next 3 months, and it is estimated that currently sick people will be able to return gradually returned to work or receive offers after chapter 10-12 of the Act on an active employment efforts?
(2). In cases where there may be replied in the affirmative to the question in paragraph 1, no. 1, searched for category 1, see. § 12, nr. 1. The provisions of paragraph 3. section 2 of the Ordinance shall enter into force on the 26. April 2010 and apply to the sickness benefit, where the municipality make visitation on 26. April 2010 or later.
