In accordance with paragraph 1 (1), 3, no. 9, in the legislation on seeds, potatoes and plants, cf. Law Order no. 195 of 12. In March 2009, Section 11 of the Clause of Plant organisms, cf. Registration for registration
§ 1. Entities registered after the notice of plants shall pay the registration fee as set out in Annex 1 (s). 1.
Paragraph 2. Entities registered on the execution of plants and plant products shall pay the registration fee as set out in Annex 2 (s). 1.
Paragraph 3. Importers registered after notification of the importation of plants and plant products, etc., must pay for registration fees as set out in Annex 3 (s). 1.
Paragraph 4. The registration fee referred to in paragraph 10 of Annex 1 shall be no. 1, shall be calculated in the financial year 2010 proportional, as the fee for the period 1. 1 January 2010 to 31. Presence Agreement
§ 9. The Directorate-General can offer registered companies, to enter into an 'attendance agreement' in the context of the control and issue of plant health or re-export certificate.
Paragraph 2. The undertaking ' s request for an offering on a presence agreement must include information about the desired presence per. day and number of attendance days per week or month. Paragraph 3. Paragraph 4. The Agreement on the control of the undertaking shall not override the ability of the plant directorate to carry out physical checks in accordance with the regulations governing the export of plants and plant products, and so on.
Inspection on importation
§ 10. To cover the cost of administration and control by the plant directorate in accordance with the notice on the importation of plants and plant products, etc. shall be paid fees as set out in Appendix 3.
Paragraph 2. For documentary checks, identity checks and plant health checks on imports on weekdays between : 5 p.m. and at 3 p.m. 7 a.m. and on Saturdays, Sunday and holidays, and the day of New Year's Day and New Year's Day will be subject to a fee as set out in Appendix 3.
Due date
§ 11. Fees shall be decree by claims and payment shall be made within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
